Belanja di tokopedia gak aman
Memang gak semua,tp entah kenapa pas aku lagi cari kopi di kolom search penjual penipu itu muncul entah knp,kalau itu toko udah ditutup permanent knp bisa keluar dagangan dia di berandaku. Dan parahnya, aku pas Belanja di dia ga ada notif kl toko itu tutup permanent, udah Belanja ya aku dg total 146rb dikirmnya barang lain tulisannya handuk turban tp kotak pembungkus tulisan case.. aku komplain di tokopedia customer call gak ditanggapinya, dan ini aku ajukannya komplain retur,semoga ditanggapi Segara. Tolonglah tokopedia kalau ada scammer kayak gitu blokir dan tutup sudah jangan ditampilkannya lagi diberanda kita saat kita search barang itu…!!!! Semoga saja balik lah itu uangku

Tokopedia mudah digunakan, bahkan tetap bisa beli kado buat saudara & temen di Indonesia walaupun ga tinggal di Indo (di website Tokopedia). Untuk aplikasinya, semoga bisa verifikasi akun lewat whatsapp/email, ga harus lewat SMS, supaya ttp bisa lanjut masuk ke aplikasinya walaupun tinggal di LN.

The application and services are very nice. I used many time so i need to keep the notification ON, but there is no way to unsubscribe to the advertisements notification who is harassing you 10times a day....so unfortunately i will have to stop the notification and the sellers will be not able to contact me... STOP SPAMMING NOTIFICATION

Token listrik
Tokopedia tidak bisa membantu saya sama sekali. Kmrin tgl 26 september 2019 saya membeli token listrik 100rbu. Uang sudah saya transfer tpi saya disarankan untuk menunggu smpai tgl 30 september 2019. Sedangkan listrik drumah saya sdah pdam sejak tadi pagi. Jadi saya hrus terpaksa keluar lgi untk membeli token. Karena sebelumnya saya pikir tokopedia akan mempermudah saya. Tapi ternyata tokopedia sngat tdak membantu saya. Saya kecewa dengan tokopedia.
