It is impossible to use the app, I always get the message « Invalid roster, we cannot detect roster on this page.. » and no matter what I do or if I follow the steps it still stays like that. Even after paying for the premium nothing changes.. I do not recommend this app

The application is laborious with some airlines rosters.
The support is unable to do anything except repeating the same connexion procedure that never works.
I try to make this app work for months and Roster Buster's team is unable to fix the problem.

1. The idea and concept are great, but not user friendly regarding settings. If you are not computer literate, not geek, forget it.
2. Since last update it is not possible to get my roster uploaded. Support is not really helpful, to contact them for every little thing bother all of us at the end of day. Again not user oriented.
3. I get this premium upgrade alarm all the time. I get the purpose for subscription but too much is too much... I don’t need all that gizmos of premium.
A simple 2-5 $ fee payed once for the basic functions would have been ok, and I would be happy to pay for it, but it must be simple, with what is really needed for crew roster, user oriented, no ads or subscription, alarms etc...
I spend too many hours trying to get this app working instead of hassle free.
Final grade: I am looking for another app...

Appli très pratique, user friendly, permet de voir le roster de vos amis pour s’organiser des sorties ou par simple curiosité.
Permet aussi le partage sur un calendrier que vous pouvez ensuite partager à votre famille ou amis hors-aéro
Enfin, compatibilité avec Logten Pro que j’utilise comme Logbook électronique, vraiment au top!
Étant bêta testeur, j’ai parfois quelques bugs, les développeurs sont très rapides et efficaces à repondre!

J’ai synchronisé Roster Buster avec mon calendrier iCloud et les événements se dupliquent sans arrêt. J’ai 50 fois le même vol par jour et donc 50 notifications tous les jours pour m’indiquer un vol ou un jour off.
Le support n’aide absolument pas. Ca fait 2 semaines que mon ticket est en attente et rien n’a encore été solutionné. Je déconseille fortement !

Application très fonctionnelle quand elle marche. Pour ma part, après 3 mois de service impeccable, j’ai reçu un message d’erreur. Plus rien ne fonctionne sur tous mes supports. Échange régulier avec service client depuis 3 semaines mais rien n’avance. 12€ pour 3 mois, je ne vais pas mourir de faim, mais les clients ont le droit de savoir.

Appli qui vaut son prix! merci pour la dernière mise à jour ! j'arrive egalement à voir mon horaire comme au travail. Pratique pour voir la longueur des duties et mon horaire dans sa globalité (tout dans l'écran). Merci également pour la rapidité de vos réponses via mail et votre aide quand nécessaire (Quand vous avez des soucis à cause des mises à jour de votre portable - contactez-les - la réponse est rapide et ils font au mieux pour résoudre le problème rapidement, le plus longtemps que j'ai du attendre en 3 ans d'abonnement a été 5 jours - passage IOS9... a IOS 10.0.0. J'ai été relancée plusieurs fois pour savoir si tout allait bien par la suite. SAV 👍. Je recommande!!

L'app nous donne le choix entre un abonnement "lite" ou "full" et franchement c'est parfait d'avoir le choix, surtout que certaines features ne seront jamais utilisées par certains et l'abonnement lite suffira amplement.
Que dire à part que c'est ZE appli pour avoir son roster sur son calendrier perso, pour le partager avec sa famille ou ses potes... nickel quoi.
