Bug on iphone 6S, IOS 12.1.2
The app doesn’t work since last IOS update: can’t launch the app, it automatically jumps back to lock screen.
Tryed to uninstall/reinstall the app several times, but nothing helped...
Any clue? Thank you.

• Log on quickly and securely with Face ID and Touch ID
• See your accounts, transactions, standing orders and Direct Debits at a glance
• View and download your statements
• Send money to new payees using their bank details or phone number (Paym)
• Transfer money between all your eligible worldwide HSBC accounts
• Deposit a cheque
• Block your card temporarily
If you have HSBC accounts outside of the UK, please also download the HSBC Mobile Banking app to manage your global accounts.

HSBC online banking app
Absolutely unusable. I want to log into my personal banking account from abroad, it requires a code, but the app does not allow me to generate one. So much for SIMPLER.
Pull some fingers out HSBC or another account will move

Some operations are not available on the app , for example no global transfer available..

Annoying system
Please stop changing your app every month. It is becomes incredibly annoying and is overly complicated which makes me have to call and reset my password all the time. The way you force your clients to have the app is ridiculous. Online banking should suffice.

Enfin !!! la nouvelle version est arrivée et elle est top !!!! Largement plus rapide, adieu les vieux lag et autres plantages. Ajout iban, reconnaissance d’empreinte pour sécuriser les transactions. Que du bon !
