On trouve de tout dans cette application. Des magnifiques histoires fabuleusement traduites mais aussi des google translate. Je deplore le fait qu ils n exercent aucun contrôle sur la qualité du contenu. Tout est basé sur l avis des lecteurs via des « golden ticket » « fast pass » et d autres dont l utilité reste tres floue.
Conclusion: tres bonne app si vous savez naviguer en eaux troubles. Mais si vous vous demandez encore pourquoi il faut cliquer sur « démarrer » pour éteindre votre pc, passez votre chemin

Among a few great stories most of the rest seem to be written by committee with inconsistencies, different levels of English, plots copied from bestsellers etc. Makes it hard to follow.
Far too expensive for what it is, lots of broken promises to readers who get hooked on stories.
The authors have to sign contracts that give webnovel the right to take over and write chapters (under the same name) and that seems to happen a lot.
Overall, a very negative experience.

Etant un habitué de webnovel, la qualité du site et de l’application a drastiquement diminué ces dernières années. De plus en plus de paywall, pop-up et pubs qui gênent la lecture.
Et enfin nouvelle invention en ce mercredi 7 septembre 2022, une séparation de tous les chapitres en 2 et une impossibilité de lire autre chose que la 1ere partie sur PC. Il faut maintenant scanner le QRcode avec son téléphone pour pouvoir lire la suite du chapitre. Littéralement honteux c’est censé protéger la propriété intellectuelle, étonnant étant donné que les fanfictions sont également concernés.

Globalement assez déçu de constater les changements dans cette application. Les décisions pour maintenir sa politique financière partent dans tous les sens et tout les 2 mois on assiste à des changements qui sont parfois tourner à l’opposé de ceux d’avant.
Certain ne nous impact pas particulièrement mais d’autre vise clairement des groupes d’utilisateur. Ils cherchent a utiliser nos habitudes acquisent contre nous en changeant la politique de lecture de contenu pour tirer plus de bénéfice.
Long story short, le mécanisme de lecture est instable et c’est plus qu’agaçant de ne pouvoir se fier à l’appli.
Cette instabilité me laisse à penser que l’appli n’est finalement fiable qu’en terme de bibliothèque et qu’il vaut mieux se tourner vers d’autre sources.

Je suis assez déçue car je débloque des chapitres et cela ne fonctionne pas très bien et je perds beaucoup de Spirit stone. Je débloque d’abord un premier niveau et rien ne se passe. Je redébloque un 2e. niveau et la au lien d’avoir 10 chapitres je n’en ai que 5. Lorsque je débloque un 3e niveau au lieu d’avoir 25 chapitres je n’en ai que 10. Donc je ne comprends pas très bien.

Where do I even start? I'm an author on this app and I've encountered way too many issues with this app.
- First off you can't delete your story. So if it's trashy and you wanna start over with another one the old story is gonna stay on your page and stain forever.
- Your rights as an author are not safe as there are lots of people who translate and can copy and repost your story as they please.
- The views on your story loads weirdly. I have to wait like every 5 or 6 hours to have an update on the view counts of my stories. And sometimes it literally decreases. My story had 4,062 views by this morning and now at 4pm it says 3,627 views. Like how do you "unread" a story?!
- You don't even get notified by email or in the notification bar if you get comments or if your story gets a review or a vote.
I really wish you fix these issues before I get really tired of trying and remove my chapters and never use this app again.
There are so many apps that are much better and "free". I'm really trying to like this app but it's starting to get really annoying. I encounter a new issue every single day.

I’d be more than willing to pu a sort of monthly fee like 5-10€ as it’s worth it but when you sum up and see the price of the spirit stones... the one I’m reading now is more than a thousand chapter so... if I continue there it would cost me approximately 100€ to read it.

A lot of stories but recently a lot of stories start to be locked after around 10% free reading.
From this point you can watch an add to unlock a chapter (a good solution to help/pay the author) or , when the novel become premium, and it s more frequent recently, you have to pay in spirit stones and it s expensive / very long without the option to watch the add.
Daily you can have around 25/30 free spirit stones (check in / add watched/ votes) and a premium chapter is around 9/15 spirit stones. In conclusion you can read without paying 2/3 premium chapters per day, and you have to spend from a few thousands to tens on thousands spirit stones to finish a story. 1250 spirit stones for 21.99€= 25.15$US the conclusion is you will have to pay a lot for a single story of 500/700 chapters= go buy a book it s cheaper.

The app is very cool, plenty of novel to read and the translations are fast for some novels. But the critical point is the paying method I’m fine for spending money to read it is normal but in the app if you want to read a novel that has more than 1000 novel you will have to pay more than 100€ which it’s very excessive there is not a single digital book with this kind of price. Maybe having a kind of subscription plan to access all the books with a price between 5€ and 10€ / month will be more fair and fine for all the people and you’ll be the kind of netflix of the novels...

Every now and often, the app disconnects the user, and pops a « login » window. (From once a week to several times a day)
Aside from having to retype login and password and recaptcha so often « on your personal phone » (I haven’t seen other apps doing it so often, your phone is often considered secured enough to receive OTP), it purges all your history.
This is the worst. Random login pages appears. Current chapter is forgotten, gotta query server to get it, except with my low bandwidth I need several minutes to even get the chapter list, let alone where I was.
Could you please not disconnect us so often ? That would bring my 3/5 to 5/5..

Les webnovels se sont démocratisés à l'international grâce à des traducteurs amateurs pendants des années. Le seul problème que l'app à est que on ne gagne pas de niveau comme sur PC

Très bonne application, large éventail de LN, possibilité de voter pour le prochain LN, lecture simple et rapide pratique lors des transports en commun. En plus on est avertît avec une notification lorsqu’un chapitre sort ;)

Utile pour ceux qui n'ont pas toujours internet disponible. Autrement, allez sur le site, même sur smartphone, car le visionnage de pub pour lire le dernier chapitre traduit ne fonctionne pas.
