Description
The correlation between food and health is complex. Everyone needs food to live, but too little food, too much food, or the wrong type of food has negative consequences for health. To increase understanding of this correlation, we developed this app.
Simply input your daily food consumption and the integrated analysis shows you quickly how specific food and effect your health.
Maybe you have wondered why you have often for example headaches, and reviewing the correlation with food you may find out that chocolate is mostly correlated with your headaches.
How Correlation is done?
We look for days where you have reported the selected value. Than we lookup what other values you have reported on this day and the day before. Why the day before too? Because sometimes there can be a delay between the moment you consume and have a effect.
