J'ai utilisé l'application à plusieurs reprises et c'est toujours la même chose, il y a un prix sur le compteur et le prix sur l'application passe du simple au double. Le chauffeur entre le tarif manuellement une fois sorti du véhicule. Malheureusement le seul moins pour bouger un minimum est de passer par cette appli car pas de uber en Ireland.

Utilisé pour la première fois à Rome, les tarifs sont un poil plus élevés que l’estimation mais cela reste moins cher qu’Uber ! Estimation 7/8€ par exemple payé 9,60€. Franchement très très bonne appli que l’on devrait avoir en France.
Si l’on voyage à plusieurs c’est bien plus pratique que les transports en commun avec un très léger surcoût.
Dans mon cas avec un bébé, c’est bien plus confortable et rapide que le bus ou métro

Utilisée cette appli à Madrid pour la 1ère fois. J’ai réservé un taxi le soir pour le lendemain à 4 heures du matin, avec le doute de savoir si on aurait bien un taxi en bas de l’immeuble?
Pas besoin de payer à l’avance, vous pouvez régler directement au taxi, prix très correct (22€ de Madrid à l’aéroport à 4 passagers) bon à cette heure là ça roule bien...
Le chauffeur était à l’heure exacte et sympa
Seul bémol, l’application n’est pas en Français, dommage.
À ne surtout pas utiliser!

J’ai signalé un problème rencontré avec un taxi dangereux et agressif, je n’ai jamais eu de retour du service clientèle...
vraiment fuyez cette application, mieux vaut se fier à Uber!

They don’t have any control on the driver, the safety and the service.
There are other apps, way better than this one.

Le trajet initialement était estimé à 21€ sur l’appli et finalement j’ai dû payer 39€ arrivé à l’aéroport (avec aucun embouteillage sur le trajet).
Le chauffeur m’a dit que cela arrivait souvent et qu’il fallait doubler le prix proposé par l’appli...

Payed 16€ instead of the 9€ on the app estimate. You are charged a 2€ booking fee EVERYTIME you book or hail a taxi using the app, which wasn't the case with the Hailo app.
Customer service used a different website for the fare estimator, makes no sense and very misleading!
Wouldn't recommend, way cheaper to do it the old fashioned way and ring a taxi company.

In Lisbon the fare estimate for the journey was 21 euros in the end the driver told us we needed to pay 51 euros which is extremely higher than the initial price (21 euros). To make the things worse the support team of the app didn’t care and didn’t want to reimbursement the difference. DON’T INSTALL IT ITS A SCAM!

Tarif estimé par l'application pour 15minutes de trajet (aeroport seville au centre) : 12 à 15 euros. Tarif payé : 28 euros !!! Pas de compteur et tarif entré à la main. Le chauffeur brule les feux rouge.
Je donne une étoile car l'app est facile à utiliser.
En revanche je ne l'utiliserai plus. On pense que ce type d'app évite l'arnaque mais en fait non.

Booked a taxi a couple of days ago to be sure to get my train on time. 5 minutes before the time when it was supposed to come to pick me up, I received 3 notifications in a row : your driver is on the way > the driver has arrived > the driver has cancelled the job!! And that it's not the first time! Drivers never show up or at the wrong place! Hailo was way better. I'm just uninstalling the app, it's a shame.

Vous avez racheté Hailo car cela vous faisait concurrence. Hailo était beaucoup plus simple et intéressant que MyTaxi. Je n'arrive jamais à obtenir un taxi avec cette application et quand bien même j'arrive à en avoir un, il se décommande avant même d'être arrivé au pickup point. Honteux.
