~Why is rhythm and tempo important? ~
Keeping the rhythm and tempo of the swing constant will improve the reproducibility of the swing and reduce the incidence of mistakes.
On the other hand, if the rhythm and tempo break, no matter how good the swing is, the trajectory of the club and the bending of the shaft will change the timing of impact and the direction of the face, leading to missed shots.
-What is rhythm tempo?
Rhythm = time signature (2, 3, 4 time signature, etc.)
Regarding the rhythm, there is no correct answer, but if it is in triple time.
1 is the address (forward press)
2 is from backswing to top
3 impacts from downswing
Tempo = speed (count number per minute)
If the speed is 60 counts per minute (1 count per second), it will be "60 BPM".
