Er....

First, they say 'contact us before leaving negative reviews'. No, I already paid. Will you give me my money back if I suggest improvements? Right, thought not.
Second, it's deeply unintelligent. To rhyme 'boy' with the French 'poix' is absurd. You have to look through masses oh non- rhyming stuff like that to find a match. Third, it does most of its work by looking up on the web, which we could do for free.
