HOW DOES IT WORK?

After you decide to learn with Nibble and download the app, you can choose a subscription plan most suitable for your goals.

The Nibble subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (each month, 3 months, year, or otherwise, depending on the selected option) until you cancel. Canceling your subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled. However, you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your then-current period.

If you start a free trial, you will be automatically charged a price indicated on the payment screen for a chosen subscription period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial.

Note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscriptions.

Application installée et désinstaller juste après et j’ai été prélevé de 100€ il y a deux jours alors que cette application n’est plus sur mon téléphone depuis plusieurs semaines ! Merci de me contacter au plus vite car cela est inadmissible, et de me prouver à quel moment j’ai donné mon accord pour un quelconque prélèvement alors que je n’ai jamais été jusqu’à valider le paiement sur l’application étant donné que payer était la raison de sa désinstallation ! This is a scam!

They make it impossible for you to stop the subscription through the app, they redirect you to Apple BUT the subscription doesn’t appear in your iCloud account so it’s impossible to stop it before they take 59,97€ for 3 months (automatically renewed of course). In the Apple purchase history the purchase appears at 0€ (without invoice) so it’s impossible to ask Apple for a refund. Don’t download this app!!

J'ai pris un abonnement chez nibble, et annulé après quelques semaines, car cela ne me convenait pas. Sur leur site, il etait bien spécifié que mon abonnement était arrété. Il s'avère qu'un abonnement supplémentaire était en cours, toujours vendu par eux, mais non visible dans leur interface. J'ai donc continué à payer, jusqu'à ce que je m'en rende compte. Après demande de remboursement, on m'a expliqué cet abonnement "fantome" et qu'ils ne remboursaient pas. Je déconseille fortement, car c'est donc pratiquement impossible de savoir que cet abonnement continait de courir.

I downloaded this app last year but I never used it.

This week I found in my spam an email for my renewal. They charged me 96€! I never agreed on that, never received any notification and it’s not listed on my suscription list! I don’t even know why it’s so expensive (I would have never paid that price for this kind of app).

I asked for a refund and the answer was no, the renewal is automatic and does not appears on your list of app because you subscribed in our website not Apple Store (I never did such a thing).

J’ai téléchargé après être tombée sur une pub “Comme Duolingo mais pour la culture générale”. Hors l’app est entièrement payante, pas un plan de gratuit. De plus, elle est entièrement en anglais (même si ça n’est pas vraiment un problème pour moi).

Content not too engaging

After realizing that the app was waste of money because the content wasn’t really engaging, I proceeded to ask for a refund and was told that their refund policy requires that we do 25 lessons and take screenshots of each one of these lessons in order to get the refund. I feel scammed. If you’re expecting it to be as engaging as Duolingo, forget it.

The app was buggy. Was not possible to stop it or kill it. The app was always prompting to screen and coming back. I manage the shut down my iPhone after many attempt.
