We are so excited to introduce SenLife! We are creating a simple to use and easy to navigate platform powered by industry leading technical innovation. Our aim is to help transform the lives of neurodiverse families on a daily basis. SenLife is personal. The idea came from a passion to make a real change, by people who are living every day with ND family members.
Our founders are all parents and carers of ND children. All of our stories are different, but every one of them has the same common theme - living with, or caring for, a child with a neurodiverse condition/s is completely life changing. It is estimated that 15-20% of the population is considered to be neurodiverse (ASD, ADHD/ADD for example), so we know our stories are not unique. We also know from experience that getting any form of meaningful neurodiverse support can be a challenge and at times feels almost impossible.
SenLife comprises two important parts. An easily accessible and simple to use app to Plan (detailed profile and essential daily information), then Track (behaviours, triggers and strategies) and Learn (bite sized learning modules). This information will allow carers to have a deeper understanding of your child and their needs. It can also be exported and shared with any relevant parties involved in your child's care, for example, their GP, psychiatrist and Senco.
In addition, we have created an online platform with the aim of helping families and carers get the right support. Our online hub includes access to our experts, articles and hints and tips. Bringing together the community and ultimately using the voices of the many to push for real change. Change that will enrich the lives of people living with ND conditions throughout all the stages of their lives.
