Application exclusivement en Anglais, je voulais apprendre l’Espagnol et les cours sont expliqués en Anglais ! Demande de remboursement de l’abonnement que j’avais pris de 6 mois, il a fallu se battre et au bout de 6 mails ils ne proposent que 50% de remboursement !!! Ce sont des voleurs et ils ne respectent pas les lois des pays dans lesquels ils vendent ! Fuyez cette application.

Il n’y a aucune compréhension claire de la manière de résilier cet abonnement, car j’écris au service client et ils ne répondent pas, bien qu’ils soient censés répondre sous 24 heures, comme indiqué sur leur site. De plus, l’application est très basique, peu intéressante, et avec une telle application, il est impossible d’apprendre une langue. Je tiens à décevoir les développeurs : cette application ne vaut rien. C’est simplement une arnaque pour soutirer de l’argent, avec en plus des conditions de résiliation de l’abonnement qui ne sont pas claires.
