So simple, so powerful !
I sat for 7mn but it seemed too short and didn’t wanted to open my eyes. It felt like after each chime I was going deeper into meditation and 21mn looked finally very short. So wonderful to have such a high quality free meditation app that will remain free forever. For the past 2.5 years I am practicing daily other practices designed by Sadhguru and my life has been transformed in a big way : I have become joyful, peaceful, my relationships have improved and anxiety and stress have reduced by 90%
