StrongVPN offers both 1 month and 12 month auto-renewable VPN subscriptions, available through In-App Purchase.

Very useful application !!
This works great for strongVPN openvpn, which I couldn't get to work with other openvpn apps. But switching to another account is cumbersome, it needs to reinstall setting for the VPN account each time. My reason for 4 stars!! Also pptp is not possible with this app, but this is well explained.
