Terrible service
They accepts orders without having courriers available to deliver them. You sometimes need up to two hours to get your delivery. Customer support is friendly and uses emojis in conversations, but they don’t care at all about your problem. Often the products in the bags are not the ones you ordered.

J ai fait ma première commande il y a pas longtemps et ça a été un désastre ! D abord le livreur est venu à la mauvaise adresse et après 20min essayent de lui expliquer la bonne adresse (il ne parlait pas anglais ni français donc on ne pouvait pas communiqué) il a fini par partir sans m en informer et quand je l ai rappelé il ne savait pas où était ma commande. J ai donc fini par contacter Wolt sur l app et j ai du me battre pour un remboursement. Très mauvaise expérience pour ma part

Ça fait deux fois que je commande sur ce site, ma première commande était froide car le livreur a dû faire 4 coursées avant mienne.
J’ai contacté le service client pour leur expliquer ils me demandent de prendre des photos pour justifier que la commande était froide ….
Deuxième commande pareil pizzas froide car le livreur a dû livrer 5 commandes avant la mienne.
Exploitation des livreurs, commandes livrées froides, aucun retour du support.

Many horrible experiences: cold food, wrong food, 2h delivery, etc. It would be fine if only the customer service would make a commercial gesture - that never happened. Furthermore their delivery fees are just out of this world. They call “long distance delivery” anything farther than 500m.

Great if you don’t value your time
My order kept getting delayed and instead of canceling it and letting me move on with my day it they kept reassuring me that it’d eventually arrive.
It did, after almost two hours, wasting my afternoon in the process.
All they’ve shown for it was a meager refund.
Guess it’s a fine service if you don’t value your time.

Why you should never think about ordering with wolt ?
I just lived my worst customer experience ever. I ordered with wolt today
- after 30min waiting for my order the customer service call me to inform me that the rider is in my street
- the rider was in fact in a street with the same name 40min away from me
... Keep reading this is where the big mess starts
- the customer service inform me that my adress is wrong and that they won't be able to refund me (when the adress was actually the right one but their system messed up)
- after 30 minutes going back and forth with various people from the customer service they finally refund me get ready : 550Forints (less than 2€) when I spent almost 20€ for my order
Thanks Wolt you definitely don't know the quote: "the client is King" hopefully you are not the only one delivery service bye.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THANK ME LATER.

Just wow, best food delivery app 👍
I was always frustrated with the delivery apps like Foodora, Lieferando or Uber Eats (bad restaurant suggestions, misleading images and rating, no clear pricing, not reliable delivery). Wolt is fixing all of that, and on top has one of the best user experience of any new app I’ve used in 2020. It’s a true pleasure to use in Berlin, and especially handy in these Corona times. Good job to the team and keep it up 🙌

Bug for Ipad pro IOS 13.1
The application is very good but they could better select their partners (restaurant) or let the feedback from customers open to be read for everybody.
Also there’s some bug on the Ipad version. We can not change the language. The option to translate the menu should be configurated as standard. Every time we open the app it’s necessary to choose this option.. :-(

First really amazing food order app
Really-really good. Works in many cities, delivery is super fast and Apple Pay is just as simple as it gets.
On top of everything, the app is delightful, pictures are very high quality and the entire experience is perfect. Bloody well done Wolt!
