Description
Home is the only full featured HomeKit app on the App Store which supports all HomeKit automation features. You can control all your HomeKit accessories from different manufacturers in one app and create your very own smart home.
TRIGGERS
Home allows you to automate your accessories using triggers. For example you can raise the temperature in your living room if the temperature drops below 68°F and somebody is at home.
GROUPS
You can control multiple accessories at once using Groups. For example you can turn on all lights in the living room and set the brightness to 50%.
FAVORITES
Your most important services, cameras, groups and scenes can be marked as favorite. Favorites are available in widgets and on Apple Watch.
SWIPE ACTIONS
Outlets and light bulbs can now be control using swipe actions. You can toggle the power state by swiping to the left. Swiping to the right lets you quickly change the brightness of lights.
REQUIREMENTS
The Home app only works with HomeKit compatible accessories.

Further Improvements
- In automations the room name is shown next to the device name to make it easier to distinguish between devices with the same name
- Updates the thermostat automation example when creating a new automation
Bug Fixes
- Brightness changes of lights by using a swipe gesture are now correctly send to the device
- Change of name of a room and zone is now correctly shown

Homekit implementation is left to developers, making it less user friendly than what I would expect from Apple. Home fills the gap with a full implementation. It is a very good application to manage all your Homekit enabled devices. Clean interface, and not mentioned but Siri is supported. If there is any shortcomings, it's more due to the lack of maturity of Apple's Homekit than to the developer who is very responsive.
