Zebediah, a battle-worn soldier, should have died with his team. The only thing that kept the soldier alive was the thought of returning to his wife and newborn baby.

When he finally makes it home, they're there — waiting for him with open arms. But whispers from the villagers chill him to the core: his family died while he was away on his military mission.
