I am unable to send or receive snap and chat from few people even though we haven’t block each other. I m still receiving the notifications for the same but ain’t getting snap and chat. New updates is reducing the quality of the video when i try to record and upload directly in snapchat application. Only videos which are taken from normal camera app and uploading using director mode is working fine. Videos which are taken and saved to memories is looking fine. This video breaks only when i send as snaps. Even though my snapchat settings are proper and cache is cleared, still the videos which are sent as snaps breaks. Please fix the upload quality to other senders and compression of video snaps.

I have been using Snapchat since 2014 … it’s been 9 years ( almost a decade ) initially the app was fun … and the best social media apps according to me … over the years they started showing ads … which I understand is sometimes necessary to generate revenue … but since the app got a paid version or you can say subscription option then the ads shouldn’t be shown to the people who pay you for the premium version … but now the ads have become so irritating that watching content on the app has become so hard that I have started preferring Instagram over Snapchat … this should be addressed … show some ads its fine … but don’t show 15 ads in a video which is barely 5 mins long … I am not using Snapchat to see ads ! Especially when I have the premium version I should have the option to not see any ads ! This issue needs to be addressed or people like me who preferred to use Snapchat over other apps will be forced to stop using this once amazing app !

I was the Snapchat user from the last 5 years . I even now all the community guidelines very well and also the rule and regulations of Snapchat . But someone misuse my Snapchat and break the rules due to this Snapchat team locked my account permanently and then deactivate my account . Moreover I submit my request again and again to Snapchat team but they didn’t give any valid information and I didn’t get my account back. I lost many things in Snapchat I lost my 5 years memories and many things more like my old friends streak etc. Now I take action against this behaviour and also uninstall the application and also encourage to others they will also uninstall this application. My Snapchat id is Parm352 I need my account at any cost . Otherwise I’ll take strict action against Snapchat .

Snapchat has been promoting fraudulent ads where they ask us to prepay for the advertised product with no cash on delivery option & never delivery the product. When we try to connect with their (advertiser) customer care, there is only their email id available with no phone contact. When I tried to write an email to the customer care the mail got bounced back claiming that the email id is invalid. It is also observed that the same advertisement was seen multiple times later with various other names. I have reported all these ads but Snapchat keeps allowing all these ads without any scrutiny. I believe Snapchat is benefiting from these scams. Beware of Snapchat & do not fall for such scams.
