Don’t go with this bank. I opened salary account in hsr branch Bengaluru…they blocked my account and asked me to wait for 40to 45 days…without salary how I can wait and asked to close the account and I will open my salary account some other bank, team denied and after huge argument accepted to take my request. It’s been 2months now they have not closed my account when I call my relationship manager she won’t pick the call and ask me wait as she will take approval with her senior. All the ladies staff in this branch were rude, adamant and unprofessional. Unethical behaviour towards customers.

The app shows only credit card dues. Better if it shows the due date also. It will be useful for the customers to pay the dues before due date.
After update the app shows the due date also. But even after payment the app shows the amount due and the last date for payment. However our payment made if any is also shown separately. This may create confusion for the customers whether the payment made is adjusted towards the due or not. So my suggestion is once the amount due is paid the app has to show the amount due is Nil. Hope the developers will consider the suggestion. Thanks.

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the customer care team, and I must say it was a highly frustrating for customer support. One year back Axis bank provided credit card, some reasons credit card return back to Axis and block and close the card also, after one month they provided bill amount. Ok i will pay and close the card. After one year they provided legal notice without information. I have one personal loan for medical emergency for my mother. Axis bank officer said two option 1. Pay all the amount 2. Go with settlement and the Status is defaulter. It's disheartening when you reach out for assistance and encounter a complete lack of responsibility from the support staff. I hope they improve their customer service to better meet the needs of their users.
Now i closed all the accounts in Axis bank🙏🙏

They are fraudster. I had inactive credit card which was blocked and they asked to process the payment on the same blocked card instead of the active card. I tried a lot of time to connect the support team and customer care but didn't get any response. I have also shared all the documents and proofs for the same many times. I have escalated this to their higher authorities as well but no response from their side as well. They only send automated email asking to wait. Its been now 9 months and I haven't got my money back. It seems they are doing it intentionally. They are thieving customers money and making profit. The worst bank ever and pathetic customer service.

I have been priority customer of axis bank since starting and recently I faced an issue with my credit card . I ordered something from flipkart via credit card and the selected option was emi . Flipkart is saying that they have the record that my emi is converted but axis denies it and started the emi from their end . and increased my credit limit without my permission . I have called axis support team many times and in this 18 days of procedure i didn't got the solution and they are still saying we need 7 more days to look into this matter . So I paid full amount that was supposed to be my emi's . Worst support worst bank ever . Stay away from it . No proper knowledge . no records nothing .

The easiest way to apply for the PL, GL, CL & HL. Quickly we can download the statements for the all the months or we can send bank statements to our mail. Debit, Credit & Loans all we can track in one place at a time. We can raise any request for the changes in the bank account or we can update in the app only directly for the changes. After updating on Axis Mobile Bank, I am facing a big issue as I have two accounts, one is savings and one is current account. If I want to transfer the payment from the saving account then it is happening but when I go to the current account. I am transferring payment from another person to someone else, there I am not getting my current account shown, instead I am being shown some other digit details.
on the homepage, I can see that my Current account balance , I can see the balance of both the saving accounts, but I am not able to transfer the payment from the current account. I have this problem since yesterday, after updating to the latest version, please help me in this.

I work on merchant navy and have NRI account in axis bank, I liked it before because until last year the app opens even in low internet speed( high speed internet is not available in the middle of the sea). But now rest all my bank apps like bandhan bank and IDFC opens but axis fails to even show the login page, it requires good internet speed for that, which other bank account in different bank which I hold doesn’t require.
2ndly I dont know why I am unable to make any foreign transactions in my Axis bank credit card linked to nro account, got knows what policies they drive through.
3rdly perhaps its the slowest in India to launch upi service for NRI account holders, and that too for NRE account only.

I am the priority account holder in Axis Bank .
Am so attached with Axis Bank for a reason when odisha SBI staffs took my DD of 3 lacs for 1 week in rainy season they couldn’t convert that DD to deposit to my SBI saving and returned saying they need more 1 week but I was having FLIGHT ✈️ after 3days the SBI branch manager was so rude no sorry for wasting my 1 week valuable times .
So same day with heavily rain ☔️ I visited AXIS bank Jajpur road Branch they welcomed me with smile 😃 & promised me for 2days for that 3lac DD . They have done ✅ within 2 days and the 3rd day I happily flied to my destination .
I closed my all SBI accounts and shifted to AXIS bank with my family members. This is the impact like “

I recently opened a current account with Axis Bank, but I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. When I entered my email address, they had entered it incorrectly, which resulted in me not receiving any response from the bank. In addition, their app requires authentication through an OTP sent to both my phone and email, which I had not received due to the wrong email address. This left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.
I reached out to their customer support team to address my concerns and get clarification on the next steps. Although I was able to speak with a representative, it was not the smoothest experience. I had to provide them with all the necessary information related to my account repeatedly, which was frustrating.
Overall, my experience with Axis Bank's current account has been disappointing. While I appreciate their efforts to ensure security, their processes need to be more streamlined and user-friendly. I hope they can improve their service, so others do not face the same issues that I have.

No coordination bet their own departments make customer suffer

There is no coordination between the customer care service department , Email customer care , the documents verification department . Document verification is the worst department as they reject every time with a new reason , if you send bunch of documents then they will find one reason to reject all documents and close the case very soon , till customer realise and send the required doc that case is close . After that customer resend it again now they will reject it with another new reason and close the case , then again customer send another required doc then Axis bank find another new reason and close the case . This cycle will repeat .
I am customer of Axis bank from 9 years but I am always afraid if I call to them after waiting 20 mins on the call then they will start this whole process drama . Really If Axis bank wants to improve give contract to some other vendor and reorganise the structure of customer care .
I bet to CEO of axis bank just check how many rejection they have made to customers and it would be in Millions .

Ratings pop up at wrong time

The app works fine, but this is the third time I’m facing a problem after transaction.
When I want to download or share a receipt of my transaction after it’s done, the pop-up for rating the app comes up and no matter what I do, it stays on. Also after rating the app from 1 to 10, everything including the share button for receipt goes away and I come back to the Home Screen.
Please select a different time for rating the app and not the time of transaction. It’s really irritating and stupid.

They are the worst bank ever. I miss Citibank and they can nowhere stand near Citibank when it comes to customer service and helping customers. I have a savings account with them. My company is opening salary accounts for the new joiners with axis bank ,so as an existing employee I asked them if they can migrate my accounts to salary account, it’s been three weeks and they have been giving me excuses the back end team is not doing it. Where as all the new joiners salary accounts is already activated. The employee named Bhagyashree and Santosh are not even picking up my phone and disconnecting my phone. I would have never opted for Axis bank if Citibank was not wrapping up its business in India. Now I am stuck with the pathetic service of Axis Bank.

I am not sure how this bank rating has increased.. it’s a worst and pathetic bank .. I am having two other bank accounts other than axis none had problems in the past and in present but this worst bank gives problem to me always and also they charge me for not maintaining the minimum bala ace but as per RBI no banks should charge for not maintaining the minimum balance and also other two which I said stopped charging for those but this pathetic crap bank making charges still and also worst customer service.. I have emailed to bank manager to waive off my negative balance if this was failed to do I will raise a complaint on them .. it’s not an individual review my friends feel the same .. Don’t ever open or if you opened any account here without knowledge please close it immediately..

Very bad Experience with axis bank, First time i tried LIC Axis card and utilised the limit fully and clear all my dues on time. But during one month they charge me for the amount which not shown on my mobile banking app and when due amount shown, i cleared that amount immediately without being delay. But they didn’t consider my request to reverse the levied charges so i told them to deactivate this card with immediate effect and at that time i was having almost 600 to 750 reward points in my card that I haven’t utilised and just told them to deactivate this card as soon as possible after clearing all my dues. Please be very careful while taking any service from this pathetic bank. They never fulfil the services which they promise to do before you take the card.

Worst card ever, they called me and conversing me to apply for this card, I told them I don’t want to pay for any credit card as I already have 2 cards then the lady Told me it’s free card just put my Employee I’d and I thought may me she is not lying but once I received card and activated it they charged 500+ GST and then a called her on the number, she didn’t picked my call and after days she blocked me then I have tried with some other number then she picked my call and I told her that why are you doing this type of fraud with customer, she said sir after 30 days of activation the amount will not reflect in you App. Now when ever I call on the number it’s switched off. And as I know after 15 days of activation of card we will not get any refund. Very disappointed with Axis bank

If there was a way to award 0 stars I would, the UI feels outdated, ever where I click I get an error saying “Sorry, we were unable to process your request” at this point I think thats a feature and not a bug. I hate everything about this app, what blows my mind is the app doesn’t by default show me my balance at the top, like that should be the first thing shown when I log in; I have to go and click some place just to see my balance and to make things even worse when I click on the button I get the beautiful message saying service is temporarily unavailable. So basically they don't want me to check my balance. There are some things that should always work on an banking app for example checking balance and transferring funds, if these critical services don’t work people should get fired.

I have applied for axis bank credit when initial interaction happened with credit card team they told it is life time free and no hidden chargers will be there but when card received they told there will be 590 joining fee will be there so I have not activated card.
But on 22 April I have received a message from axis bank that your this month credit card statement is generated, did not understood how statement is generated without activating credit card.
Then I have called to axis bank credit card support number customer executive I told them how statement is generated without activating card and when you are selling card you are saying no joining fee will be there and now you are generating bill without activating card.
Support person talked too rudely and told you need to pay this amount.
Hence i request axis bank to resolve this issue and make credit card bill as 0 which is currently showing 590 because if I will not pay this amount then my cibil score will go down.
Hence kindly help to fix this issue and also it is not good practice to get money from people like this. “ when you are selling credit card to them saying it free and on time of delivery you are saying it is chargeable”

I have been trying to enable pos and online transactions for my card through net banking but it said that it is unavailable and I need to use the mobile app or the ATM so i downloded this app, had trouble logging in for a few days for idk what reasons even though my registered number changed. When i finally logged in, it said that the system was under maintenance so I thought some features should be working but I couldnt even check my account balance so managing usage for your cards is out of your reach. I thought this would get fixed soon but it has been saying this for about a week and helpline has not been working.

I have availed flipkart axis bank credit card since December 21. I am yet not able to use it. Generating pin itself was so painful. I never had so much trouble with any other bank’s credit card. Even if you have full talk time plan you need to recharge again just to reach out to customer care. This is the worst!!! Why is reaching out to customer care so difficult and why do we need to pay for it ? I am trying to login since last one month now I am not receiving any Otp and I am not able to even reach out to customer care. App provides support option in that option as well there are so many options you need to click and post that also no window is opening to reach out … I am fed up now . I have followed all instructions. My registered mobile no is in sim 1 and has required balance and my ios version is also above 10 what else is required just to login ???? Please if there is someone who is reading this do help

This app is frustrating to use, to say the least. It has no option to raise an issue that one may be facing. Some smug executives seem to have assumed that they know exactly what problem one could be facing and one has to choose only from the options they are comfortable answering. The chat option on the app is misleading. One can only chat on the issues Axis wants to chat about. I have received an Axis credit card and it is not linked to my account. My app says I don’t have a credit card. When I call the customer-care, they say they can’t help me because the card is not showing on their “system”. So where does the customer go?

Amongst the 4 bank mobile apps I use … Axis one is most versatile and while using it makes the experience very pleasant. At the same time Axis bank has also ensured back end processes help completing a transaction unlike SBI where at the end most one gets … pls visit branch …. But Axis bank is extremely pathetic as I get promotional sms/calls at least 10 times in a day … there is no check in place that if a customer is not responding then system should drop the details and that too when my mobile is in DND

I’ve been using this app for some time now and back then, everything ran smoothly but I just can’t login to my account anymore. I’ve done the necessary steps to log in so many times but it doesn’t work. It keeps saying I should send a message to an Indian number from my active SIM used in registration and God knows how many times I’ve done that. It wasn’t like that before. I just had to put my mpin to log in. When I try to log in from the axis bank site on google, I’m able to log in. I even double checked my registered number to confirm that it’s the same number I’ve been trying to login with. So what is the problem!? I’m kinda annoyed trying over and over again. What’s the point of keeping the app when you can even use it. I even reinstalled the app like 4 times.

I have been using the mobile banking and the bank has very pathetic service. Half of the time the app doesn’t work and they don’t have any links for calling customer care and even after taking the pain you call to the customer care they keep routing you to different numbers and hand up the call. My debit card got blocked and I requested for the new upgraded card.. the card that I got was already blocked and they charged me 890 for that… when I called the customer care they said it was done as per RBI guidelines for safety purposes.. it’s been 6 days that I’m having useless debit card ( because it was never activated from the bank), loss of 890 rupees (for the card) and multiple follow ups with no solution.. very worst customer experience

I’ll be honest, I’ve used multiple banks and their applications and out of all i think axis is the best, smoothest, easiest to use. absolutely love the UI and UX. Kudos to the team who made this ! Quite literally I’ve been annoyed by apps of other bank but this one is just great. Just a minor addition/ suggestion - when we switch between apps gove us a time window so that we dont have to log in again, we could set this manually from app and that would help it make it much better

I am deleting it because it lets you see the balance without logging in. (July 2, 2021) Upgraded to 2 stars because they have fixed the above problem. Why take away three stars? It keeps sending alerts which are ads for the bank products. App developers think that these apps are like Google where Ads are primary. They should remove these annoying ads or have an option to turn them off. Axis bank app is to help my relationship with the bank by bringing ease of use. Please do not blast me with ads. If I turn off notifications, I might miss critical notifications such as unauthorised withdrawal.

I don’t think any of your grievances will be resolved in this bank .There is no email Id to raise a complaint .To get call connected to customer care is a Herculean task . Sometimes some automated message will keep on playing for hours .While speaking with their customer service executive the call will get disconnected while in call .Even if we call 10 times and if all the ten times the call get disconnected ,no one even bother to return the call . Customer should be really lucky to expect a logical reply for your complaints. Really Horrified to see the replies from Principle Nodal officer of the Bank. The reply content contains already drafted sentences irrespective of your queries . If you raise three queries ,they will reply for one and close the call . It seems there is no quality team to Audit the mails and calls . Frustrated with the service informed to close the credit card .Even for that , we have to repeatedly call and request the status . Worst customer service .

I like the new app....but other debits!??!?

I like the new app, the interface and everything looks very nice I’m happy with it but what happened to the credit card billing statements, so many of the debits on my credit cards started showing up as other debits, this is not helpful.
Previously the entries came up with proper details or atleast names of the enterprises that we could understand and relate to later on. If the emails I receive when i do the transactions have the correct names why is my statement in the app having other debits, please correct this as soon as possible.

I can surely call AXIS PAY or AXIS Mobile Banking APP, finest & refined of other Govt. Sector or Private Sector Banking apps & takes least time to reach sub-menus, inside options & even while doing immediate transactions like money-transfer or paying bills from your account. Perhaps most user-friendly app after ICICI i-mobile App, even better than that except that-(i) Updating/editing details take time or do not occur frequently (ii) UPI transactions or Options are slowest or don’t do to the desired things while UPI is d easiest in others & most frequently used Options now-a days; nevertheless, you guys still deserve more dan 5 stars. I have taken credit card emi and I used to pay before the due date and now from past 3 to 4 months I’m not able to see any credit statements nor pay button option in app so I request axis bank executive to resolve this technical issue and still no use and because of these technical faults axis bank charging interest on me and asking to pay those interest as well such fraud service I never expected from reputed bank, it’s there responsibility to provide proper service and when I reach to axis bank to report this incident they says that credit card is not in our department it’s a separate service u have to report in Lalbagh office then why the hell they call and say axis bank credit card payment is due or pending when its a separate department or service, and again they say for faster service use axis bank app and this is how or faster they provide service. Worst app worst bank. Not even like to give single star as well but there’s no other option. One advise to axis bank if u had provided better service or when I reached to bank office if they could have respected my compliant and resolved soon I would have appreciated bank service look again where your falling down.

Been using the app for a while and this is the best user friendly banking application I have ever used.
I would like to bring in to notice that the CREDIT CARD section is not getting updated easily. It’s taking days to update the credit/debit in credit card section. Even if I pay the bill amount it takes few days to reflect on the application and that’s creating few confusions.
Hope you guys will look into the issue and fix it as soon as possible..

Been using the Axis Bank Mobile App for a while. As compared to other banks’ apps this app compares very well, SBI Yono included! This App’s strong point is fluid access and seamless transition between different parts or modules of the App. Axis Bank does provide ease of use be it their branches or ATMs or this App. Only hitch is seeking solution or giving feedback through email is a great difficulty. This makes bank an opaque less accessible entity and that’s not good for its overall image. Please provide in-App well as in-Internet Banking portal proper and easy to use faculty to send email to bank’s customer care and also to the concerned branch. This is the most important missing link and needs IMMEDIATE redressal. Thanks

I’m totally disappointed from this bank. Thousand time I call them to inform them my debit is temporarily block from their side pls unblock it but again they told me please wait till in the evening debit card will be unblock. But I don’t get any positive response. HDFC is far better than axis bank. Axis bank service is like govt bank. But in this time govt bank is better than this bank. I found many people who is totally disappointed from axis bank. I would like to suggest everyone don’t go for it. But some people still advised that this bank is good because they never face such issue. I don’t have any option for below single start otherwise I will go for it. This has been my first time experience with Axis bank and Its been pathetic. I mad a transfer of 838 amount to a friend via UPI using Paytm as a mode and the transaction happened to fail but the amount was debuted from Axis and they are not even bothered to return it and keep transferring my calls from one department to other. They don’t have a proper helpline either. Also, when I started using Axis app, I had a balance of 354 negative which was debuted as a fee for a debit card and again past 2 months they are charging this amount though it was yearly. No one is bothered to revert on this issue inspite of regular emails I send them or calls I make .
WARNING: this s a fraudulent bank with no proper system setup. I will never recommend Axis for heaven sake

Credit Card payment issues

After the new update which changed the over all layout of the menu screen and payment options, there are bugs and lots of crashes with the new update. Mostly i am unable to make credit card payments through the app which unlikely never happened in the previous versions. The credit card limit and balance title overlapp over the indication line which happens to block the view of the limit remaining or payment needed to be done.
More over we cannot make the payment that we want to make ourselves which was easily done in the previous version.
Another issue is that the axis mobile app on my apple watch stopped working after this update. It doesn't show anything even after waiting for a long time.

I recently opened an account in Axis Bank and trying to use Axis Bank Mobile App. I can’t see my account, I can’t transfer funds, and I can’t do anything with this app.
It’s been showing “We’re Upgrading, Come back later”. This is the most stupid thing I’ve ever seen in any banking app. You can’t upgrade a banking application on live. Whatever the changes you want to do, do it in your local servers, not on the live app. Once everything is done, then you need to upgrade it overnight. This is what happens with any important apps which people use everyday.
I’ve been using ICICI mobile app, and they never restrict customers use their app for any transactions. I get a notification that app will be upgrading with some new changes overnight, so there’s a few hours down time for the app. This is what you need to do.

Worst bank service ever seen in my life. Ordered online reward debit card and they charged me 580 rupees for that when i asked customer care they said you will get reward points worth 500 rupees if you swipe your card at any merchant under one month. I had multiple swipes under that month & now its almost 3 months no reward points they give me.
Whenever I called customer care they said “yes sir you will get wait for it”
Interesting thing is they charge you 3 rupees per minute for customer care call and I spent almost 500 mobile balance with customer care only still no solution.
Pathetic bank & worst customer care executives, they are basically educated thieves of our society.

I have been associated with axis bank for now 8 yrs and I have my main bank for like 20 years and when the app banking started both the banks were out with their own version of it ... and few years down the app game ... axis bank is the most convenient and user friendly app I have even used other bank but sorry to say these are just below par ... even compared to credit cards that I have axis bank app is just plain beautiful ... who ever is taking care of the app and it’s functions kudos to u ... and the design it’s awesome experience

I gave a complaint that by mistake I neft a amount in any other account still my complaint has not been resolved. I gave complain in dated 4th of December 2018. Your customers service executive told me to visit nearest branch and to submit a written complaint. I also visited at Model Town Jalandhar Branch there were your two staff One was Miss Mona and second Mr. Vishal who told me to write a letter I wrote and gave them. Due to system server they didn’t gave me any complaint number. I visited there after 3 days than miss Mona told me I can’t have you complain number because there branch manager not in bank he was in J&k for bank purpose. It’s was really cheaper service I ever got. I really fed up with your poor services. Every month only your bank deducting consolidation charges. Not any other bank deducting charges for sms service. Please give me answer and what is the process of deactivating Bank account.

I have done electricity payment through ur app on October 2017 worth of 4600 and 1277 two times regarding these transactions it’s shown that your bill payment was successful but when I cross checked with electricity board they said that you haven’t made your bill payment so I did bill payment again .when I contacted your technical staff regarding this issue they tried to patch up their work by saying that amount was credited to your account but when I cross checked with bank by getting mini statement it didn’t shown anything like money was credited to my account. So , hope you look after this issue asap or else i would like to close my account and take some legal action against your bank.

Those who are praising the app is probably from the bank and those who are not may be normal customers like me. In the past everything was good but now the app ask for login id etc. when entered correctly also it says authentication failed, it happened so many time that i had to deleted the app and reinstall again. That is why I resorted to using only the browser. I decided to reinstall once more and as i write this review it is getting downloaded, hope all the problems are fixed now and it will be a smooth experience as it used to be!!
Sadly, i am back after experiencing the same thing, it says enter valid login credentials. This is eating my head now! Pathetic app!!!!!!

Never expected such worst experience with axis mobile app.
I was an existing customer to axis bank more than a decade. Even I’m using the mobile app from long time. Earlier with less app users and limited mobile facilities it worked good. Recently due to additional security or whatever app giving worst experience.
Multiple times it’s prompted for registrations. Even it was successfully registered earlier after certain days it’s again prompting for registration. Even that registration was un successful. I tried registering almost 10 times today. Also I deleted and re installed the app still the same issue. I’m using iPhone X with updated iOS. No issues with device or operating system.
I felt very disappointed for such worst situation. I assume axis lagged to upgrade its service to the advanced technologies. I observed Face ID was not included in its services where ICICI, Paytm and many other small app included such basic advantages.

Tried to deposit thru Axis mobile app. Not accepting. Better develop further. update about deposit will not happen instant in the app. Not correct.
Fixed deposit: after depositing some amount in FD thru net banking account will not get adjusted immediately, and details of FD also will not be shown immediately in phone app. Which is not the case with other bank apps. Scope to improve.

This is by far the worst banking app I have ever used. The app session times out like after 3 mins even if you are actively using it. In my case when I was trying to update my communication address. You can update your current residence or office address through the app. However the accepted documents are Voter’s ID, Passport, DL etc. It common sense that most of the people will have these documents made with the permanent address and not with an address where you are staying in rent. But there is no other option to upload a fixed line bill or rental agreement as a communication address proof. What is even more stupid in the app is that they accept only the aforementioned documents if you want to update your office address as communication. Good luck in finding the people who have made their DL, Voter’s ID etc with their office address.

I've used almost all major banking applications on iOS and have been using the axis mobile app for more than 4 years now. This app is certainly the most user friendly and seamless amongst all. The transactions are easy, beneficiaries can be added immediately, the account information can be updated without any trouble, axis active is a great initiative to earn points & I've started receiving the offers as well. Kudos to the developers! Keep at it guys!

I started using this app and initially everything was smooth but soon started having issues with the app. It asks for a second level of authentication, which never completes and a message pops saying -please try after some time..after continuous mail exchange axis bank nodal officer(1st level of escalation) mentioned its an issue with iOS version as the app is not compatible with iOS 11+..I told him that it cannot be as i was facing this issue prior to upgrade release but i got the same email back..
This is the level that u expect for someone who doesn’t take their customers seriously and who think that they can do anything and poor customer will suffer..
Worst app..worst customer service..worst technical team to troubleshoot(asking me to swap sims even when i clearly mentioned i use iPhone which is a single sim device)
End advice >Don’t use this app..switch to something better!
