I love shopping at Myntra due to the numerous options to choose from and easy exchange/return. However I had a bad experience once when I was delivered a wrong product during a sale and even after multiple attempts I could not return the product because the code on the parcel was correct but the item delivered was completely different than what was in the picture so the delivery agent could never pick it up saying it looks different! Other than that though, I have had no issues.

I have purchased products worth from Myntra one month back worth 6k. In the app it was shown as products already delivered, I contacted customer care them regarding the same as I didn’t receive any. They said to wait for 48hs to fix it, I waited patiently but there was no update from Myntra side. Since that day I contacted them each day to know the update as they was no updates from Myntra, each day they asked me wait to another 24hours as there is enquiry happening and some kind of excuses. I waited for 25 days to get an answer from Myntra side. They never gave me a appropriate answer. At the end, they just updated saying problem being resolved and products was delivered. I felt so bad regarding it where I lost my 6k and myntra didn’t even take a step for same. It’s the first time I had such bad experience from Myntra , but got to know your customer care is just 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻and never took a step to solve a customer issue. So bad experience ever. Never ever am going to purchase from this app. I strongly reccomend customer to keep cash on delivery so that you won’t loose money.

I ordered product from Myntra but it is not delivered by the agent and marked as delivered in app. After that I raised the complaint with customer support team and the agent went to my home he given me the product used condition and without product above cover. I asked him why there is no cover on it. He conveyed me like upper brown colour package cover is broken so I removed total cover like that. He requested me to accept it and he begged in front of me. So I said ok no problem & don’t repeat it again and asked him to return it. After that I got message from Myntra like product is used condition and serial number also missed on it, So we don’t accept they said. Here I didn’t opened and returned when I received condition trough same delivery boy. I conveyed what happened to Myntra customer support again but they didn’t taking action against the delivery agent and not received my product or refund also but they mentioned again delivered to me like that. This stupid experience I faced with Myntra. This people are looting our money. So I decide to not to purchase any products from Myntra. Now I lost 2k only but how many orders this guys are doing same thing. Please remember guys don’t buy the products from this app.

So I had ordered couple of products from Myntra and in which I received 2 of the products. The delivery partner before delivering the product he makes sure he call the person to inform that the product is arrived and that one products was showing delivery date as 3rd of October and after couple of days the product shows as delivered. So I called up customer support to raise an issue but they abruptly ended my call without giving a proper solution. I tried calling for the third time and the customer support raised the complaint and now finally the raised complaint is marked as resolved without addressing to my issue. So it’s been 10 days and I’ve not yet received my product nor a proper response to my issues.
Moral of the story : myntra doesn’t take responsibility of the product that they have lost. Can’t track their own orders and can’t address to the issue with the solution.
I WOULD PERSONALLY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP OUT OF MY EXPERIENCE. Don’t get into this trap either use any other better shopping partner than myntra.

I ordered a sandal but it was big size for me then i place exchange for the same. On the 14th September ekart executive came and oucked the product in evening near around 7:15 pm but didnt hand over a exchanged piece to me when i asked him about where os exchanged product he said it will deliver soon by another delivery executive and he left with the product. It was bit weird for me because i got a message just after he left that exchange product delivered but no product recieved and when i called the Myntra customer care they just asked me to wait again and again first they asked me to wait till 18 September 2023, and assured me that it will resolved by 18 September maximum but when i call again after wait 4 days they just asked me to wait till 20 September again. No solution received yet from mantra side they are just mentally harassing their customers. I willnot recommend anyone to this app . You are just doing fraud and torture. Very bad experience this time. I will not use this app again for shopping. I will also complaint them on cyber crime unit and consumer court.

This online store has gone bad. I ordered on their website for almost 4 years, and everything was always fine. This month I ordered jeans, when the courier brought the parcel, I paid for it, but there was another product inside the parcel. They never returned the money for these jeans to me, and they didn't send the jeans either. Then I ordered a bathrobe, and this product was sent from a different manufacturer, a different quality and even a different size. To my complaints, Mintra replies that she can't help in any way. I called the call center many times, but they answer that I need to wait a few days to solve the problem, and then they send me a message again that they can't help me in any way. But, most often, call center operators just hang up. I told my friends about what happened, and they confirmed that Mintra stopped caring about its customers and they just don't care about us. Many of my friends have already stopped ordering anything on this site. Mintra has become a very bad site for online shopping. I highly do not recommend this store. If you don't want to lose your money, time and nerves, it's better to use other online shopping apps. Thank God there are more than enough such applications now, and they care about their reputation and their customers.

I've been a loyal user of Myntra for over 7 years, but my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I ordered a product that not only arrived significantly delayed but was also defective upon arrival. This would have been manageable if the customer service had been remotely helpful. I made numerous calls to both the customer care and the delivery agent in hopes of resolving the issue. However, instead of assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and a rude attitude from the delivery agent. It's disheartening to see the quality of service deteriorate so drastically after years of being a dedicated user. The whole experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. The lack of accountability and the dismissive behavior I encountered during this ordeal is truly disappointing. As a result, I've been pushed to my limits and reluctantly decided to delete the app. I sincerely hope that Myntra takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, delivery process, and overall user experience. It's sad to see a once-great app fall so far from its former glory.

I have recently purchased a clothing item and ordered as per size chart however when I received the parcel i have tried and the size was smaller so placed a request for exchange with one bigger size and here problem starts . First they said they will arrive on specific day however they arrived a day prior and expect me to be there to exchange which wasn’t possible . I have planned it that way if they are arriving on a specific day some one or i will be there for change however it didn't went that way . Second i know there is a policy for exchange that you need to keep tag or bag or both however first by when parcel was delivered of course i have tried and realised that its small size so i have placed a request for exchange which took almost 5 to 6 days and you expect to keep that tag or bag which isn’t possible and lastly they said i need to talk to customer service for approval which is pathetic and worst service so i am not using this app any more and people please think twice because its your money you are wasting

Worst Refund policy and customer support

I tried to place order on 13th July and and amount debited but order not placed , 2times happen same thing , next day when I called customer support, they said amount will be back to source within 24hours by the time order placed , on 15th morning I got amount for one order but 2nd still stuck ,again coordinated with Myntra customer support, now call transferred to escalation desk and Kavita said wait for 72 hours from the time order placed but still amount not credited . Again called on 15th same statement received from Ritik(escalation desk)…I told everyone bill will be generated and then what will I do…No body tried to help me except giving Tat of 72 hours , Moreover , when I asked Kavita that is there any issue going on with Myntra Payment gateway…she confirmed No then on 14th again I tried to place the order but again amount debited but order not place, please credit back my amount Rs 5991, tmw is last date to pay the bill, Pathetic customer support team including supervisor, associates…No body tried to understand my problem

I ordered a white shirt from Myntra of roadster life and co. of size 42, during their sale.. when I received the order I got 44 so considering it be a genuine mistake I initiated an exchange and to be on safer side placed another order of the same shirt.. but when I received the exchanged product , it was altogether a wrong shirt.. so had a conversation with their customer care and asked them to make sure that another order which i m about to receive should be the correct one.. the customer executive was so confident that they ll make sure the product I ll receive will be the correct one.. but no.. again received the wrong product!! I spend 45 minutes talking to their supervisor about the same and they gave me a surety that a serious complain will be registered and the management team will call me within 24 hours..
but guess what, within minutes of talking to the supervisor, they closed my query!!!

I am using Myntra from a decade now.. but there is no new upgrade on their service..7-8years back they had the same OTP policy till date.. I recently ordered some items and i gave a saved address to deliver..in which i had a number that i am mo longer use.. myntra sent the otp to that particular number ..but i do not have the number.. now they’ve not sent the otp to my mail..they can not give the otp even if i called from my registered number.. also the OTP doesn’t show on the app..i had to return those items..i got for my whole family.. pls become more advanced with all these thing.. what are the alternatives you’re providing for this issue.. pls take this as a constructive feedback and be better..i am so disappointed..my father loved the gift but i had to return it.. because you guys don’t have the alternatives for the issues.. BTW i talked to their customer agents ..at first they said they will help me with the otp.. they said wait for 24hours you will get the mag as delivered.. then again they said we don’t have any alternatives to give you pls cancel it

I have been customer of Myntra since very long time and I was very happy from their service and products and everything but this time I got caught with very big scam. This time in their end of reason sale they had various offers and I purchased so many things because of that but when I received my products I didn’t liked few of them and while returning they are charging half of the price of the product. They are deducting half price from the refund and and while confronting for the same they don’t have the solution or proper reason of them. I fought with their customer care for more than an hour but they are not ready to accept thier fault and not ready to give any alternate solution. Though they are writing below the products that they providing free return and exchange within 14 days but than too I am charged for half of the price. Also there are many other changes made this time without our knowledge. Please guys be careful from now while purchasing from Myntra

Pathetic service from Myntra. I had ordered a product from Myntra and they delivered a wrong product to me then after that I asked for return but they very conveniently they said that I will have to self ship the product to them and I have been trying to speak to the customer executives but they constantly ask me to wait for 24-48 hours in which they just try to get rid of the customer so that when the customer calls them the next time it is actually another customer executive who will have to deal with the customer. I spoke to a customer executive named Juhi who constantly just apologised and did nothing else. I gave her 3-4 options but she constantly said no and also gave me the learnt replies which were of no help. I spoke to Juhi for over an hour but still she kept on asking to self ship the product. These people think that customers are free and have nothing better to do than go to a courier service and do the work that they are supposed to do. Miss Juhi also agreed with me that it was their fault which the customer has to pay for. This is how pathetic the customer executives are and how pathetic their services are.

One terrible incident and it broke all my trust. I order few products from Myntra and due to size issue had to return 2 same products in different sizes. Delivery guy came and picked it up. No pickup confirmation was sent and Myntra kept on scheduling more pickups. I registered this complaint with their help centre and got no revert. After multiple follow up and calls they told me that they will update on this issue in 3 business days in the app. As soon i started checking the app for update it started crashing. Now I'm unable to track the progress of my complaint because the page shows error. I received message for new update in complaint but unable to check because of their stupid issue. And now i see that the issue has been marked automatically resolved. I think I'm not gonna get my money refunded ever. After being a loyal customer for so many years, i am no more willing to use it ever again. For others, please be careful, coz if anything happens Myntra won't be able to help you.

I bought bobby brown foundation which is worth 4100 , the bottle was looking fine from outside but when i tried to pump out the product it was found to be empty, i raised complain regarding this on myntra , one of the executive said issue will be resolved on 14 april but there is no update regarding this so tried to call on customer support the waiting time was 20 min , then raised to 35 then 40 and the 55min so i tried to connect on chat section and after waiting for a long time i connected to an agent and without even hearing my issue he marked the conversation as resolved , again when i connected to next agent he gave me next date, they end the chat if they have to wait for more tha 30 seconds and we are waiting for 45 min to connect to them ,just like you have your job to do ,your customers time is also precious we are also working somewhere , we also dont have 55min to waste on a call just to connect to an agent and if somehow agent is connected he is not able to help , if the staff is not sufficient and i got the empty product then the mistake is all yours , why i am suffering .

I have been purchasing from Myntra from more than 6 years, right from my college days. I have had good and bad experiences but now that every thing is being updated from your end pertaining to quality, sale and offers, including glittery advertising and commercials why are you not able to keep it up standard wise? at least with regular customers? I order a product based on brand, reviews and, quality estimation by the pictures of a product. Yet many a times I was disappointed with 8/10 purchases just because either the product I ordered was clearly used by another customer and dry cleaned and sent to me by Myntra or the quality is extremely poor where it doesn’t stand up to the description provided in the app. Why Myntra? Is it because you are maintaining dupes of the same brand or replicas of all your products? Is that why some of them seem to be good while some are of poor quality ? Every-time I order something I am left dissatisfied these days with the quality or some part of the product would be missing. (Eg. dupatta in a chudidaar set)

Over the past years I had full trust on every item I bought on Myntra. Whether the price of the product is ₹100 or ₹1000, I never cared taking a video while unboxing the products.
But this month, I am very unsatisfied with the logistics myntra is providing. It happened twice, first I received a wrong product and even after sharing the images, my return was not accepted. I didn’t take a video because earlier it rarely happened that myntra will deliver a wrong product. But this problem is increasing day by day. And my second experience, where I returned a product, delivery agent took the product as well but my return was rejected later. The delivery agent said he had everything correct in his end and return is accepted but in myntra app it was shown as not accepted. So I lost both, the product and the money.
So in all, as the company is growing, the logistics is getting poorer day by day. I am very unsatisfied with the current services.

I am a customer of myntra since 2014 . Till now i have bought products worth a lakh or two . In the past 1-2 years myntra has become worse and worse . It sends wrong products and does not provide returns and exchanges and refunds. My refund is stuck since august . They took the return but never refunded . Calling option to agent is not available . And everytime you chat they assure you but do nothing When you call for refund they give you some useless number and ask you to contact bank and bank says that they can not check for some random number which is not in their system . Bank clearly says that party who has made the transaction is responsible for it until it appears in receiver’s account then only bank can check . And why should i go to bank everytime myntra doe not do it’s job properly. And now they say if we return they will deduct money . Then may be they should check the quality and product first and give true description. Earlier myntra my go to app for everything . But now i avoid myntra and i think everyone should. Because over the time their service is becoming worse while it pretends to think that they are actually providing good service

I keep shopping from Myntra every week and there are day every single day I order this time I had placed and order for 3 sweater and they did not fit me also the quality was poor and one of the sweater has stain in it hence I requested for return however Myntra did not accept my return even when the return is initiated the same day the product is delivered immediately after I opened and saw I realised it was small in size for me and transparent too, but Myntra is not at all accepting rerun request it’s sad to see that they make customer suffer now those sweater are of no use for me and when I tried writing feedback on the app they did not approve it.
What is the point of buying online if there is no rerun request is accepted even when the product is within rerun policy I don’t think so we should trust Myntra anymore company grows become big and let customer suffer even the customer support executive are just marking my request as resolved without resolving it without having any conversation.

Severely disappointed with Myntra. I have been buying from here since so long and easy returns they say, it is the worst. I bought a Roadster faux jacket on 7 jan I suppose and didnt quiet liked it plus the pocket was a bit torn. I tried returning the jacket and the pick up agent accepted my return request after checking the tags. Once it reached the main center I got a mail that it was rejected. I contacted support being an icon member and they said they’ll investigate and let me know. Next day, I asked the same pick up partner why was my return rejected you saw the tags and they were intact… right? He said yes they were intact and they will give you the refund back. In the end they rejected the request and said that they will reship the jacket to me. After this I contacted the support again and they said they are looking. Since then I have reached out to support 3 more times and they said wait till 16 jan. We will resolved your issue and still there is no resolved and the myntra app states as resolved. The jacket was in 3000s range and my money and product both are stuck with mo updates. Worst app, never buying from you again.

I ordered a product but I got different product from same company and I want to return that product but since from 7 days they are making us fool by saying we will look into the issue and now they are giving a date of reply which is beyond my return period. I had ordered for black saree which I didn’t liked so I wanted to return it and since the day I have put it on return these people are troubling me once a delivery man came for picking up the return parcel and then checked the product which was all fine and was given by me the same way I received it still he put my return parcel on hold and mentioned the reason that it’s damage product and then for next 14 days this good for nothing customer care team kept me waiting by giving me useless date for the rescheduled return but still no one came to pick it up and then on 15 day when I mailed them my concern for again rescheduling my return the said that delivery boy will come for pickup but he never came and gave a false reason for damage product again which even coming and checking in the reason section and now it’s 19 days no one is responding to me nor is concerned regarding the return I truly believe that I should now stop shopping from Myntra and also will make sure all my friends will also uninstall the app then only this people from customer care will understand the value of their valuable customers

I have been Myntra’s elite customer since it’s inception. Recently I bought a NB shoes of white colour. On opening the box I found that it’s a black colour instead of white. Immediately I initiated return by mentioning wrong product delivered. Myntra pickup person didn’t picked up the return stating it can’t be done as colour is different and also he played that he is unable to understand my language . He didn’t even bothered to open the box and check the product and straight away rejected the pickup.
Later I complained this to customer care. They promised that the item will be picked up but later I got a message from Myntra rejecting my return stating that they have done thorough investigation with their back end team and there is no possibility of delivering a wrong colour product.
I was shocked that they even didn’t reached out to me to get pictures of the shoes or discuss about the return.
This is completely ridiculous from Myntra and team to not accept a product that was delivered with a wrong colour.
I will not recommend Myntra henceforth to anyone. This is a fraudulent company for sure with extremely pathetic customer support.

I have been ordering from Myntra from years! Recently in April my mom and brother has shifted to Panna, Madhya paradesh. I have ordered some clothes (kurti, night suit for my mom, 1 mens kurta and 2 t shirts for my brother, and two kurtas for baby boys) for them as an advance Diwali gift. My relatives also live there so I ordered two kurtas for my little cousins. One for 6-7 years and another for 3-4 years. Both kurtas are from Vesham. All clothes are delivered except the kurta for 3-4 years old. I called and registered a complaint but they are saying my complaint has been denied because the packet left from warehouse well packed and all. If it left and I did not receive it then they should contact their delivery people whoever was the delivery agent there. But NOOOOOO, they simply said thay my complaint has been denied. I mean on what basis you are denying my complaint. I did not get my issue resolved. They said I am supposed to get a message and call related to this but I didn’t receive any of them yet. It’s been two days. And same incident was happened in month of may with my another order. App showed items delivered but I didn’t get it . No call from delivery agent and nothing. This kind of careless behaviour is not acceptable by such a big brand like Myntra. Team Myntra look at your customers account once and see how much business they give you and after that we get such disrespectful responses from your people… 👎🏻

I had ordered a Kurta set from the app which I was supposed to get by 8 May. On 6 May morning I got the message that a delivery agent would come on the day and I need to share OTP for receipt. Neither any delivery agent came nor did I get the package and by 6th May evening the package was marked as delivered by the app.
Since then I am following up with Customer Care, they took a week (their resolution time boasts of being 24 hrs) to respond telling me that their logistics dept has confirmed that they have delivered the package in “pristine state” and are not agreeing that the delivery has not happened at all. Within such operations mistakes can happen but a good business will accept their mistake and would at least refund the price paid. I have been a Myntra customer since they began in 2014, still they are not valuing my relationship with them and are ready to loose a customer for a genuine Mista on their part. This shows what kind of values they are having. Fashion delivery is cheap, Amazon(much much better customer service), retail giants as Westside, Pantaloons, AJIO there are many options available for me if I want to switch. Myntra learn to value your customers, despite your merger you are still not profitable and your CAC is still high; I wonder if customer retention is of such low priority for you

Misuse of return policy

I ordered a black UA track pant (joggers) from Myntra costing me around ₹4700. After receiving the product i noticed the color was somewhat smoky black which looks like a faded one and also the item that displayed on the page had elastic cuffed bottom which the received product lacked. Within 10 mins i placed a return request and within another 15 mins the order got picked up. I stated my reason for return as “no longer needed” and after sometime i remembered that i needed to cite the reason of “different item received” but since i already gave the former reason i could not change the reason afterwards. After the pickup, in the evening hours they held the product on account of “wrong product received” and failed the quality check. Such a horrendous shopping experience. Too bad!!! Wont refer anyone to myntra.
Interestingly afterwards i wanted to review my experience but i tried to write that this was a horrendous experience but they now even held my review and didn’t approved it …
A big blow of ₹4700 !!!

Their services are getting pathetic day by day. They’ve started putting false allegations on customers to avoid returns of costly products. My product was picked up and later the refund was put on hold with a message “quality check failed”. If the product was damaged then they wouldn’t have picked it up. Just because it was for 5k and they want to make easy money, they’ve put it on hold. I’ve faced a problem with them earlier also where their logistics team lost a product I returned and then uploaded the information “customer doesn’t want to return the product”. Such, such careless website and such pathetic services. They are just degrading with time. Also, they didn’t let me publish the review on their website saying it doesn’t meet the criteria. So customers can’t even express the problems that they faced with them. Simply using my account for the last time just to return all the products that are still eligible for return. Rest, myntra can keep the so called “damaged product” which was in perfect condition when I returned it and my money to follow their “make easy money” policy!

So I did a good amount of shopping during the Big Myntra sale. While I was browsing through the app, one fine day I was abruptly logged out from the app. And when I tried to login again it associated my number with another email id and showed the past orders of June/July. When I called customer service for 3 consecutive days I was told that it created altogether a new account and gave me a bunch of “solutions” as per them to resolve which even included uninstalling and reinstalling the app (for me which clearly didn’t make any sense) as the issue is related to multiple accounts and nothing to uninstall/reinstall app. on the 5th day I even tweeted about the same and got one courtesy call from the escalation desk manager which later asked me to wait for 48 hours to get the issue resolved. Today is the 10th day and the issue is still not resolved. I’m still not able to login or view my orders. I would really like to return everything I shopped for and ask for a complete refund. I did inform the customer service to return but they had some issues while even doing that. It is a horrible service I’ve seen in years. And most importantly I’m worried about the money if I’ll ever get it back.

Pathetic customer service. I had raised the complaint regarding the product that it is showing delivered but I haven’t received this item. The pathetic resolution i got that they confirmed from the logistics team that the item has been delivered. I mean come on that is why i am reaching out to you guyz that jt was showing delivered but I haven’t received it. I called these guys 3-4 times and when asked for logistics team no or any proof of delivery so that said they don’t have it. When asked to schedule call from senior then they said they will schedule it but they never call. According to them customer is lying and logistics team is god. Now customer is losing from every where as I don’t have the product and the money has been deducted. They said that neither they can’t raised the replacement request nor refund the amount as LOGISTICS TEAM confirmed that item has been delivered. Hell service. Pathetic experience. I always been loyalist of Myntra. First time raised the complaint and this pathetic resolution i got. You guys need to improve your customer services. You are losing your customer 👎🏻

Simply pathetic service. I had ordered a Seiko watch and the size was not right so I put in a return request. My watch was picked up and the blind uneducated pickup driver put the return on hold which made me wondering as I didn’t even take off the plastic film off the watch. Now comes the funniest part, when I called the chap and asked what was wrong as he had checked the watch thoroughly he said my dial said Seiko but the photo Myntra gave him was seik with a dot. That clown didn’t see that the dot was on the seconds hand and the seconds hand dot is covering O of Seiko. I tried calling the customer service up as it was a simply stupidity from the pickup guy as he acknowledged he didn’t check it properly and it was his fault. Then started the main problem as you simply can talk to Myntra customer care they call you back after an hour. I talked to at least 7 people from customer service and all 7 simply can’t solve. The reason was they had no contact with pickup guy. The problem would have been solved in a minute by calling the pickup guy but no one cares at Myntra. So think before you buy from Myntra as the customer service is beyond pathetic. Still waiting for my refund.

I am not able to login through my account..it shows account doesn’t exist... I have an order to be exchanged. i have faced the same issue with My previous account also which i have been using from last 7years... so, i made a new account and using it from last 6months to and now again same thing happened ,this is disgusting 😖😖they are looting people .. My myntra account is locked without any reason. I raised a request to exchange my last order .Later on they cancelled my exchange due to account locked and further saying that it is not possible to exchange item but we can raise return of your item but credits will go to your myntra wallet and as you know your account is locked ,you won’t be able to use that money. So in short they are forcing me to keep that over size item. When i called customer care ,they just say your account is locked and we can’t help you regarding this. They don’t even have specific valid point to satisfy customers that why their account is locked.
All i can say myntra in loosing their valuable customers.

Myntra was the best till 2020, they got a lot of collections for everyone. Even now they are giving enough choices but only in display. Since last few months 8 out of my 10 orders were getting delivered either size or color mismatch. Sellers are spoiling Myntra’s image but the blame has to be equally shared between Myntra and their sellers. For prepaid orders they are holding customer money for at least two weeks before making a refund (including one week for delivery, 1-2 days for return pick up, almost one week for refund). For a single order I had to wait more than three weeks in some cases.
Once the product delivered is a color or size mismatch then we have to wait for return and place another order for the same, Myntra doesn’t provide an exchange which ultimately makes us wait for longer time. And the second order used to get delivered again with a wrong product. Completely irresponsible act been happening from these people and they are least bothered even after several complaints.
I still believe Myntra got some good collections but they are not really focusing on customer satisfaction nowadays.

I had ordered an ONLY dress from Myntra around the month of September. I had some size issue with the dress which was delivered to me , hence I applied for exchange . The next day the exchanged product which was delivered to me was not at the dress I had ordered , it was an altogether different ONLY top . Hence I immediately applied for return , which was collected the next day itself. So technically I should be able to get the refund in the next 1-4 business days , instead what I saw reflecting on the app is that my return has been rejected and the product has been out on hold because it failed a Quality Check owing to the fact that it’s a different product . I mean like what the hell !! I had returned the product on the same grounds and you are showing me the exact same reason and put my refund on hold ????? Since then , I have been in touch with atleast 6-7 Myntra customer service people and everyone had the same words of assurance that I will get my refund within the next 10 days . Well guess what? It’s been 3.5 months , a new year has started MR MYNTRA , and I have still not got my refund !!!

Not Received The Product.

I did not receive the product till date. The Myntra app showed delivered on the 8th of November 2020. I placed a Call Me Back request on 10th November and their executive told me to wait till 17th November. There was not a single update provided to me. I again placed a Call Me Back request on 19th November and I was told to wait till 27th November. The delivery person who delivered the same product came home and asked me for my id proof. I have not received the product till date (5 December) and I had paid for the product aldready. The Myntra executives and non co-operative and they keep on giving excuses to their company's faults. They are neither giving me the product nor REFUND. I have now been calling for my product for which I have aldready paid almost a month now. I now strictly want either my product or my refund. The team claims that they have mailed me the proof of delivery and I haven't received the mail and they refuse to mail it to me again. They refuse to tell me the name of the person whom the handed over the product. My patience is being tested way beyong limits. I want a serious action to be taken on this and I need the product or my refund ASAP.

I ordered a kurta set for my wife and when we opened the package the top is missing and only palazzo was there. When contacted Myntra customer support for the same they declined the claim saying the QC passed and the full product was there while shipping. Moreover after i reopened the case asking for how the product got missed they are asking for unpacking video of the product. If you can ask customer about unpacking video then why cannot customers expect you to share the QC check video showing full product is shipped. If the full product is shipped then where is the product missing. Second time after escalating also I got the same reply after almost waiting for 2 weeks and multiple follow ups. The process needs to be changed where delivery person needs to show full products are there which will avoid these kind of issues. Finally not happy with the way Myntra handled the issue and it’s totally waste of time and money ordering in Myntra for almost 10 years. Finally I closed my account with Myntra as they are not efficient in handling the customer issues. Better to buy offline as your time and money will be saved and no need to wait for customer support team to resolve the issues in a pathetic manner.

I orders mens Kurta from Myntra on 6th Nov was delivered fairly on given time, i got an issue with kurta size and fitting, so i requested for return on 17th nov and after a day i got message saying that QA check failed, and reason was wrinkles was present so they can’t return, i really want to know how can this be a QA check reason? cotton cloth if its under shipment than any cloth will have wrinkles and that’s how i got from myntra, but i didn’t bothered and i requested for genuine size issue return, i tired calling Myntra Customer service many times to understand how can wrinkles be a valid reason for rejecting, till date they just say we have filled your complaint and you will get a call back from our seniors and they have no answer for there QA process and on mail also they just mentioned QA failed with no proper explanation, i would completely accept if there is some genuine reason for not taking, 100% i will accept it, but this is fraud to customers for not taking products back which is as per there terms and conditions which they mentioning-on myntra website. absolutely un ethical business and diss loyalty with customers, till date 8+ calls with myntra customer care executives and mail trail but no any solution or explanation on this. i will make sure all people know about this experience so they don’t face it and will try go mention this wherever i can.

Few days back i bought few things from here and i accidentally ordered wrong product and i did not even try it on i just returned it and these people rejected it by saying that it has been used and they reshipped it to me and i raised the query they closed it without any resolution i raised the query 5 times i even send the pictures that its not used i am tiered of saying that it not used i did not even try them on they are closing my query without any resolution without informing and bdw this is about and undergarment and idk who use undergarment and then returned it logic and intelligence both failed here this is really harassing saying same thing again n again that i dun use such type of undergarment i am really fed up with there customer services really useless but i will not spare them if needed i will go to consumer court so that they will hire educated staff and no one get harassed the way i am going through and i am there frequent cx since 4-5 years now so you can imagine now if they do this to their regular cx so wt can they do to new cx i dun think so i can ever use myntra again

So I bought a product which did not fit me well. As I wanted to return the product but there was no return tab available. The description still mentioned 30 days return policy on the product. I struggled for 10 days continuously to get the return requested through customer support. The patent reply you will get to hear when talking to customer service representative is “sir,please wait for 24 to 48 hours and we will get back to you which never happens”. Now what they did is after generating my return request is ,they updated the pick up address wrong. The phone no. Is correct, the return product is the same and the address have changed states all together. I stay in Maharashtra and the pick up address that showed was of Bihar. Certainly done on purpose. Now when I reported this to the customer care, they are still like wait for your life time to return the product when it’s their fault because they updated the pick up address. And when I am writing this,the return is yet pending. Please do not shop from this app as they do not value customer and their mental peace.

Well I wouldn't even say that they support their customers. I purchased Roadster shoes as gift for my brother and to my surprise they were already damaged but I did not bother and placed for exchange as the size happened to be big. The exchange came at the door and the shoes we had were rejected as there was pink color on it. Disheartened as I was without that being my fault I still decided to cooperate with the team and for verification. I made a call and explained the team that the color was from the shoe box (made calls-3 times). It was sad to see that even the team on call rejected my claim only for exchange for size due to the color which was not my fault. I also tried their chat support and to my surprise they kept me on hang every time I asked for update saying they will 'PROACTIVELY FOLLOW UP' AND TO WAIT 24-48 HOURS (which lasted for more than 2 weeks) and then closed the issue without even giving me any resolution. I'm stuck with a larger size of shoes that go in waste also same for my money and no gift for my brother! Totally disappointed with the pathetic support which was provided.

I have ordered few things on Myntra in mid June and the products were so disappointing that I literally kept 2-3 of them and I returned 14 items straight and as the amount was big I didn’t add it to the Myntra credit and gave them my bank details somehow it was my mistake that instead of bank account number I wrote my card number and after 2 weeks they got to know the issue I immediately updated my bank details by sending them around 100 mails and then they said we are initiating your refunds since 3 months till now I hv got 4 refunds out of 14 that too by continuously calling and begging them for my own money like a fool ..I wonder if they have a working system or something like that because calling continuously and sending mails for 3 months brought nothing but disappointment plus these people have trust issues on customers that they ask for bank statements every time you call and ask for the refund very pathetic I will never shop on Myntra ever in my life they screwed my life and I don’t have patience still calling them for money back 🙏🏻please give my money back

I’m regular buyer from Myntra, I bought a product and placed exchange order as it didn’t fit well, meanwhile I tested COVID-19 positive and on same day exchange product arrived, I denied to exchange but next day again exchange order came to delivery man. He called me and said talk with customer service. I called customer care and she told me to exchange product!!!!!! For safety measures delivery man didn’t come as he already know about my test. After 14 days (I tested negative) I called customer care as I wasn’t able to place exchange order again (the product was still in exchange period; as per 30 days exchange and return policy) Firstly she said you can place exchange order on your own then she checked and said even I’m not able to place exchange order!!! We will contact you in 48 hours, then I got one message on Myntra application to send details of product without mentioning email id!!! How would someone send details without mail ID. After trying hard I again contacted customer care and I got reply “ you can’t exchange product as it has crossed 30 days!!” I’m extremely disappointed for this poor customer service.

I’ve been shopping from myntra for many years now. Their service was pretty satisfactory until it wasn’t. They service started to degraded over these years and stooped real low now.
I ordered a saree for my mother as surprise for Mother’s day and they sent me a whole different saree from the same brand to what I ordered(my mother’s day surprise was scattered into pieces) So I did what any customer would do, returned it. But, to my surprise, they put it on hold stating MISMATCH product. I was asked to wait on calling customer care for 3 days for the update about the issue which I patiently did. Then I had to called again just to get an update because they didn’t bother. I was asked to wait for 3 more days again. I did wait again but furiously this time yet same result, no update. I had to call again. And this time I was asked to wait for 10 days straight. Can you imagine?
Well, I think I got lucky, I got my return amount in next 2 days.
Now, comes the second incident, I ordered a Tshirt, firstly it was supposed to be delivered on 6th of July yet It got delivered on 16th on july. The tshirt I got, was defective and the packaging was in a bad shape too. So I had to return it. Now it has been put on hold again. As if the saree’s mental agony was not enough.
I don’t think so I can ever buy anything from myntra ever again.

My first order on Myntra was delivered just perfectly. On time with no issues. Since then all orders have always been messed up, delayed, cancelled due to lost in transit, never on time. Just before the pandemic lockdown I was due to receive two exchanges which could not be delivered due to lockdown issues. After that it was still not delivered and there was no call centre option as they are not taking calls right now. On contacting them on social media outlet, their solution was to cancel my orders as they were lost in transit. This is how they resolved the issue. I could not raise a complaint for exchange again despite them saying I will have to as there was never any option for exchange on the app. Further to apologise they sent some Sorry coupon codes which I could not use as it was invalid. And now after all this inconvenience they have gone and locked my account. And then I keep getting emails on the latest offer. Well Myntra why is my account locked because of all your goof ups? I wonder if its CEO has ever ordered any products from his own app!! He should; it defines inefficiency!

I had placed an order n received a defected product (torn one). When i asked fr a replacement, myntra logistics guys said d product is torn so cannot b replaced. The reason y i askd fr a replacement is bcos it was torn. I made several calls, bt to my surprise i find out that there is no sync or coordination between d shipping guys, the delivery guys and myntra guys. All d customer care executives seem lost, n every time i called i had to explain my case from d very beginning, even though it is all available with them. Theirs supervisors too seem lost n couldnt provide me a solution. Finally widout me even asking for it, they cancel my order n its been a month plus now n I still have nt received a call for pickup nor d money refunded. I feel cheated n looted of my money. Have been a myntra customer since the last 8 years, bt with this experience i will never ever use myntra again n will also recommend ma friends n family too, to stop using Myntra.. Pathetic service n pathetic people.
Having read other reviews i ve realised that, myntra does these kinda things a lot n many like me have lost money or felt cheated. Better not to purchase or even download this app. Worst e commerce app i ve ever used.

I had ordered an Indian Terrain Black T-Shirt and due to fitting issues placed a return request. The Myntra delivery person came to my home and asked for return item. So like every time just handed it over. Then received a message saying “your return has been rescheduled and will be picked up by tomorrow “next day the fu..k..ng person came to home asking for a return item. I told in irritation that you only collected last say. He said yes I remember. Then I received same return rescheduled message and no one came to home. After 2 days got messages saying Return has been cancelled.
I called up customer care and explained the scenario they registered a complaint. After
Few days got notification stating incident has been resolved successfully . after calling customer repetitively they don’t even track who picked up the T-shirt. Now finally due to useless operating model of Myntra I lost my 700 . This happened with first time. Their escalation team too don’t have any idea after looking at their system. I am going delete Myntra app permanently and never ever again shop with these fraudsters . I shall explain this to all my known people .
Good bye Myntra no more shopping with your fraudulent e-commerce company.

I ordered through Myntra for 2 Belts (reversible), but they sent me the non-reversible belt. I contacted the customer service for replacement, and they instead refunded for 1 belt without consenting me and sent wrong once 3 times for the remaining belt. I called again and shouted, they committed they would be delivering it by Saturday 26th October no matter what happens and I did not receive it. I ordered it for the especially Diwali occasion, and they did not send me. This entire procedure took almost 20 days with no resolution or belt. I had to use the belt as no shops were opened on New Year for selling the belt. I contacted them again via email for an update, and they kept asking for to have a label attached to the belt which I threw away because they never reached me for it. Lastly, I had to abuse them in the email as they didn't do anything. I opened a dispute in PayPal as well; however; I missed to escalate to PayPal and it went to buyers favour. It's not about the 300 rupees but its also about the fake product that they sell. I purchased a Roaster watch worth rupees 1200, and few of the functions were like toys, they never function, as a kind of showpiece. The same happened earlier as well. Since the service and the products are worse, I am lodging a case in Consumer court as thieves like Myntra should be shut down.

I am totally disappointed with the Myntra shopping experience, I didn’t use my Myntra account for sometime and today when I came back, I noticed that I was charged 150 rs shipping fee even when my order exceeded the minimum shopping price for free delivery. So I find this notification that there is some fair policy and all. I immediately checked my order history and it’s showing empty and don’t see anything in order archive even. I wanted to check how have I abused the fair policy. When you say easy returns and all, and on the other side you say abusing fair policy. So I need to understand this policy and this should be mentioned prior to our shopping experience and not later. Rather than customer satisfaction you are harassing the customer. Also on calling the help desk, they are of no help and no email address is provided to have a formal discussion over email. This is seriously pathetic and annoying. You should seriously have better policies in place to have better customer satisfaction and if the product doesn’t suit the customer, they will return it, like if we buy things from a shopping mall and return, they don’t charge us extra. This is an unfair and absurd policy.

Myntra’s customer service is PATHETIC and HORRIBLE!!

I ordered an expensive diesel brand wrist watch few days ago and when I received the order I found the additional leather strap was missing in the box. When I contacted Myntra’s customer care, I was told that I have to wait until 6th May 2019 only to know what will be the next action from Myntra. I received a message within 6days from Myntra that my product will be returned. However, I only wanted to have the leather strap back which was missing since I wanted to avoid further delay of having the complete product but to my dismay, when I called customer care on 6th I was assured on call that my product will be exchanged.
I waited till 9th May but I didn’t receive any response hence I called to customer care again on 10th May and spoke to an executive who transferred call to their senior executive named LATHA, I found her to be extremely careless and irresponsible and she also insisted that the product can only be returned and refused to proceed further regarding my complaint and kept asking me if there is any other issue to discuss. I went through a lot of mental agony in this whole process and I request Myntra’s top level management to look into this and help me out.

The primary goal of the app is to be customer friendly and to be of service and when failed on this regard to be of help but this does not seem the case with this app. I ordered a jacket for which the all inclusive bill was shown 471 but on delivery the product bill was 620 because they added delivery charges to it which I do not oppose but I want to be well informed about it. On calling the customer care they tell me that if I had done bank transfer the bill would have shown it but did not show because it was COD. Well then thank you for playing surprise surprise with the customers who have ordered it with COD. Also then the product comes in defective not once but twice! And on complaining they say that I have to wait 72hours for the complaint to process and then additional time for the exchange to happen. Gee thanks!! Now I not only have paid a surprise 149 Rs but don’t even have the jacket to take it where I want to. Thank you Myntra for being a part reason for me getting hypothermia. The best part is on complaining all they have to offer you is a pretend sorry and nothing else. Thank you again Myntra now I have another sorry to add to my jar :)
