L’application SingaporeAir vous offre un formidable confort de voyage, de la réservation à l’embarquement, et au-delà.
De l’expérience utilisateur aux fonctionnalités personnalisées, tout a été conçu pour être rapide, intuitif et très agréable à utiliser
D’autres fonctionnalités seront ajoutées progressivement lors de futures mises à jour de l’application SingaporeAir, mais voici certaines des fonctions clés que vous pouvez déjà utiliser :
1. EXPLOREZ, LAISSEZ-VOUS INSPIRER ET BÉNÉFICIEZ DES DERNIÈRES OFFRES EN COURS
Laissez-vous inspirer par nos nouveaux guides des villes qui vous ferons voyager vers des destinations que nous desservons. Parcourez vos offres tarifaires vers vos destinations favorites, et partagez-les avec vos amis et votre famille. Programmer votre prochaine escapade n’aura jamais été plus facile.
2. RECHERCHEZ, RÉSERVEZ ET GÉREZ VOS VOLS
Avec une interface plus rapide et entièrement équipée, il est bien plus facile de réserver votre prochaine aventure, ou consultez les informations concernant vos voyages à venir et passés. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser vos miles, AliPay, ou PayPal pour réserver votre vol, vos sièges préférés, votre assurance, et bien plus. Après seulement quelques clics, vous serez prêts à vous asseoir et à vous détendre.
3. OUBLIEZ LES FILES D’ATTENTE À L’ENREGISTREMENT
Traversez rapidement l’aéroport grâce à l’enregistrement depuis votre mobile, pour vous et toute autre personne sur la même réservation. Et pour rendre ceci encore plus simple, vous pouvez télécharger votre carte d’embarquement mobile sur votre Apple Wallet et la consulter à tout moment.
4. GÉREZ VOTRE COMPTE KRISFLYER
Gardez vos informations importantes près de vous. Connectez-vous simplement une fois, et vous pourrez suivre le solde de vos miles KrisFlyer, de vos transactions et votre Valeur PPS facilement. Les membres PPS Club peuvent aussi communiquer à des représentants du service client via PPS Connect*.
5. DÉCOUVREZ LE FUTUR DU VOYAGE EN AVION
Découvrez ce que diffuse notre système de divertissement de vol primé KrisWorld et créez votre propre liste de diffusion sur votre iPhone ou votre iPad. Installez-vous confortablement et lancez vos films préférés directement à partir de votre propre téléphone/tablette, ou suivez l’itinéraire et les progrès de votre vol**.
*Actuellement, ce service s’applique uniquement aux membres PPS Club enregistrés avec des numéros de mobiles de Singapour valides.
**Cette fonctionnalité est disponible sur les avions A350 et certains Boeing 777-300ER.

Pour une compagnie de ce niveau l’application est vraiment nulle. Temps de réaction pour remplir chaque champs extrêmement long, pas de visibilité lorsqu’on enregistre plusieurs personnes pour vérifier les informations. Lorsqu’on passe d’un passager à un autre les informations disparaissent sans être prévenue par l’appli avant de changer de page. J’ai du prendre plus de 30 min pour enregistrer deux passagers seulement j’use a cause du temps de reaction de l’application. Il faudrait envisager de revoir cette application avec une vision UX.

Also, the magazine section is really hard to navigate (too small fonts and icons). The trailers do not play on the iPad. And the gateway to the flight checkin details are just too slow, even more so that the app itself. Beef up your game, SQ

I found the app very slow to respond to commands. Drop-down menus for countries are not quick to appear and lack any tailoring to context - I am flying Sing-Paris so the first nationalities suggested for everything should be those. The absence of an hour glass or some immediate indication your click has been registered is disconcerting. You end up clicking several times to advance. Fields that have to be filled in don’t have a star like most apps. Seats assigned automatically with no visual indication of where they are.

I tried to register into the app:
I live in Delhi; the app forces you to register your state, going through a scrolling list, but it doesn’t offer New Delhi, or NCR as a choice! This is the capital of the country! Do you have no members in New Delhi? You should at least allow people to write the name of their city manually!
So instead, I registered my French address: and had to scroll down I don’t know how many names of small and medium sized towns to reach Paris, which is again the capital of the country, and probably your largest pool of customers in France. Please make it simpler for your users: the largest cities should be top of the list: Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Toulouse should all be before Agen!
Lastly: I do not fly often enough to Singapore; hence, I do not have a Kriss number, but I have a Star Alliance Miles and More number. You should allow people to register on your app with their Miles and More number!

All my fellow heavy travelers agree: go on the website, avoid the app if you travel often. I guess one time users rate it good. But not if you plan to actually USE it. If you connection is too weak to stream hd on Netflix, then the SQ app will be unbearable.
And even if you have strong connection, well use the website. Less worse.
