For 18 years, the Modern Love column has given New York Times readers a glimpse into the complicated love lives of real people. Since its start, the column has evolved into a TV show, three books and a podcast.
Each week, host Anna Martin brings you stories and conversations about love in all its glorious permutations, dumb pitfalls and life-changing moments. New episodes every Wednesday.

Too many ads
I love this podcast and have been listening for the longest. But these ads ? And how they’re made to cut right in the middle of sentences to force you to listen to the entirety of it is pure hell. It’s so annoying and sometimes it makes me have to just stop listening for a while cause it’s a hassle having to skip them. It’s annoying considering how great the podcast and the stories are.

Can’t listen to any other podcasts.
This podcast takes you on an emotional rollercoaster, feeling anger & sadness when things don’t work out, outrage at unfair situations but mainly crying to the tales of proposals, reunions or movie like scenarios... these love stories are beautifully read by great actors(mostly actresses !!!) and most importantly exquisitely written! Listening to Modern Love might make you tear up during your daily commute, but it surely will make you believe in true love (even if you already do).
