Lisa Fain, co-author of, “Bridging Differences for Better Mentoring: Lean Forward, Learn, and Leverage,” provides the definitive guide for overcoming cultural differences for more effective mentoring. When mentors and mentees make genuine connections, the mentoring experience becomes more powerful and productive.
