Today I'm beyond excited to introduce you all to Kelsey Wells - wife, mother and certified personal trainer with expertise in post-natal training. After having her baby, she started a health plan to help improve her fitness, little did I know that it would completely change the course of her life! Today we spoke about so many goodies you will want a notepad near by! From using fitness for self empowerment and to heal ourselves instead of hate ourselves, to setting sustainable fitness goals, to identifying our motive for movement and finding self love.
We chat about how to measure results to align with self love, building trust with ourselves, opening the conversation about not being ashamed of our mental health, Self awareness and self acceptance and the formula for motivation.
