Dr. David Fila's work demonstrates, in a practical and empirically grounded manner, whether and how key elements of EU competition law regarding damages are being adopted into other legal systems. Using Argentina and Brazil as case studies, Dr. Fila's work analyzes which legal, political, and cultural factors influence the success of such legal transplants.
