In this episode we’ll be chatting with a client of mine, Jay, who successfully moved past his struggles with binge eating while we worked together in early 2021. This is a really important episode because Jay’s story is one that’s extremely common, but less often talked about - especially amongst guys. 
Intermittent fasting practices, the concept of cheat day, and the eat big to get big philosophy, all paved the way for Jay's struggles with food. 
During this episode we’re going to unpack a few of these things and talk about how certain common practices are throwing fuel on the fire of disordered eating.
