The three days are meant to ask the Arcturians, Our Spiritual Guides and Mentors, and the Spiritual Hierarchy of Higher Beings to assist us in optimizing our energy for our life tasks, goals, and accomplishments.  Each day includes a 1 hour transmission followed by discussion on techniques and strategies to optimize your energy.

Day 01-Removing the Glitches-In this transmission, discussion, and sharing of techniques; we remove the glitches in the physical, etheric, emotional, mental, causal, spiritual, and divine bodies in order to allow the free flow of divine energies to descend into the physical.  This transmission and discussion will release the problem areas that hold us back.
