Charlotte conveniently “forgot” her submission to our infamous social media segment, but was quickly forgiven by providing a very in-depth insight into her career as an athlete so far, delving into the highs, the lows and everything in between. On the training front, Brett returns to complete five laps of the Caulfield Race Course for the first time in two years, and we hear about Joel’s 15-second PB for a third place in the Adelaide Invitational 5,000m.
