This interview is with Thom Shea the author of the books "Unbreakable" and "Three Simple Things"
Thom is a retired navy seal who was on many deployments over his navy seal career. He was a seal instructor for ten seal classes. He worked with other well known seals such as Jocko Willink also a well know author and leader and Christopher Kyle who was the seal from the movie "American Sniper".
Thom shares many great stories and gives plenty of good advice for all of us that are trying to be better leaders ourselves.
