Listeners will broaden their horizons by listening to great speakers like anthropologist Wade Davis, emotional traumas specialist Dr Gabor Mate, functional medicine expert Mark Hyman, model turned environmental activist Lily Cole, microbiota specialist Anita Frauwallner and peak performances expert Jamie Wheal. The guests were all interviewed during the event Harvest Series, a 4-day experience on the South Western Coast of Turkey, filled with fascinating talks and wellbeing workshops to harvest knowledge and nurture the planet.

They shared with Rose Claverie, a French journalist based in Barcelona, their stories and practical advice to help listeners take better care of themselves, their relationships and the planet. At the end of each episode, all the guests answer this same question: if something very simple could be done, that could change the world, what would they choose?

Episodes will last 30-40 minutes and will be released every two weeks on Wednesdays.
