Jayde has a wealth of experience in leading, organising and supporting people across companies such as Iperium, Hewlett-Packard and Acer, before joining Temenos in 2015. Having worked as a recruiter, HR manager and now Chief People Officer, people are at the heart of Jayde’s career.
As Temenos’s CPO, Jayde says that she works to make every day the best it can be for everyone involved in the company, from colleagues to clients.
When she’s not working, Jayde gives back by volunteering as a mentor at Leaders Plus, as well as advising local schools on their career strategies and sitting as an elected member of the Forbes HR council.
In this episode we talk about the challenges facing talent acquisition professionals during the ‘war for talent’, why it’s important for HR professionals to network outside of their niche and where the recruitment industry is heading.
