Allysha Lavino is a talented writer, author, sacred explorer, and spiritual coach from California who lives in the wilds of Québec.
During this fascinating conversation, Allysha shares many beautiful stories and insights. This includes her work with legendary documentary filmmaker and author, Henry Lincoln, who discovered sacred codes hidden within the buildings and landscape of southern France. He was also the co-author of the famous book - Holy Blood, Holy Grail. 
As Allysha explains, the codes he found reveal ancient teachings that intertwine with the fundamentals of how our planet operates and how humans connect to it. And she has continued Lincoln's legacy by writing a 'Visionary Fiction' novel - The Heretic -  which takes you on a magical adventure into the truths and legends of a bygone era, yet with so much contemporary significance.
Weaving in and out of her own personal experiences with the sacred, Allysha shares how her spiritual journey was further ignited during a pilgrimage to Glastonbury in her early twenties. And how her ability to "see" unfolded, developing into an intuitive gift with which to support others. An ability that also blossomed as a natural embodiment, passed on through her lineage.
Her knowledge of psychology and the influence of her mystic grandmother have enriched her understanding of the human experience and spiritual growth. 
She is eloquent in her use of words and is deeply empathetic. She speaks with clarity and heart, making complex spiritual concepts accessible and relatable. And she is humble and knowing as she emphasises the importance of being, of re-establishing our natural flow of energy, and of her role as space holder for the magic within.

Conceived, created and hosted by Liane Grimshaw, an ordinary woman in her fifties from the North of England, who was compelled to do this after her own experiences changed her life forever.
As each precious conversation unfolds, Liane gently prompts the guests to share what their experiences were like, what has happened to them since, how their lives have changed, and what key insights and wisdom they have to share for the benefit of others.
