The city of Seattle honored Sonics legend Lenny Wilkens with a statue in front of Climate Pledge Arena, honoring his legacy as a coach, player, philanthropist, and activist for his community. Hear his heartfelt speech and watch as his family, friends, former players, and local politicians honor his legacy and see the statue for the first time. Guests include Danny Glover, Steve Smith, George Karl, Detlef Schrempf, Nate McMillan, Eldridge Recasner, Washington Governor Bob Ferguson, and more.
